Can't you just enter any name you want? How are they going to verify it's your real name? As far as I know, your name doesn't even have to match the credit card you use to play online games in my experience.
The most recent NFS I played was Underground, and I didn't think it handled THAT bad. Does the driving kind of feel like that?
For those who've played or know people who have, is it worth trying the open beta?

Don't forget the microtransactions as well.
Uh, there are no microtransactions, that is, items sold by RTW, in this game.
The game is fun to play, and a 15 second audio ad once every 3 hours doesn't bother me. If it's that much of a problem, you can pretend your subscription is 10.99 instead of 9.99 and not hear any ads at all.
LOTRO is awesome.
I hope he does well, too. He's obviously doing it because he likes these types of games, hopefully the team he has put together can make it happen.
I like Bioware, I like MMOs, and I like Star Wars, but an MMO in a Star Wars universe just doesn't appeal to me for some reason. Wish they had picked a different setting.

I think most people agree that DA was not a console port, and that it was designed for PC first and foremost. That said, when they said they wanted to improve the graphics, I actually thought of it being for the PC first yet again. Say DA2 comes out in a year or two. The average graphics capability of the PC is just going to get better, yet consoles will remain the same. They have a lot more room to improve graphics on a PC than they do on a console.
Nice... I really played the hell out of TQ + mods. These are a bunch of good developers who communicate with their fanbase. If you liked TQ and think you'll want Grim Dawn, help them out!
