Seems to me there's only one real solution for this: Notch needs to drop Scrolls entirely and work on Minecraft for the rest of his life. Or at least the rest of mine.

RAGE is already very pretty. Making it prettier isn't going to solve the problems people have with the game itself.

I don't play Mass Effect for the shooting. The shooting works, but it's in no way "good." Why would I want to do that online against people who are better at it than I?

Far Cry 2 was far from perfect and all of your criticisms are fair, but it still did things that no other FPS has even attempted, before or since. That's enough to earn it a special place in a gamer's heart, just like the original Deus Ex, which was also far from perfect. There are other reasons to worry about Far Cry 3, namely that the Call of Duty-style point system, but even if it's every bit the mess Far Cry 2 was, I think it'll be worth a play.

Oh, and here's a quarter. Go buy a box of apostrophes. No, you're not writing a novel and you're not doing schoolwork, but you are presenting yourself entirely through the medium of text and if you don't know how words work, it makes you look bad.

C&C Renegade was woefully underrated. Multiplayer was a ton of fun and there's been nothing like it before or since.
