They certainly are going to rake in sales on PC that way. Rolleyes
I like that the front page has no images on it, it's a stark contrast to the usual chaos around the internet that makes my eyes bleed.
I don't like the sound of items being based on where you bought the game, unless the exclusivity is only temporary.
Zombie clowns seems amusing, but considering that I haven't touched the first game in forever, I don't think I'll have a hard time waiting for a sale on this one.
This game looks awesome, can't wait.
I just recently saw some statistics indicating that under 2% of the visitors here are using dialup, so I guess your point is well taken.
I wonder sometimes if I need to transition to a more visual presentation of the news, where a story like this would have thumbnails of the screenshots. The fact that the screenshots listed in the story are linked here from another site sort of proves to me I need to finally give up the ghost of the all text story.
You posted this in the wrong thread because there's nothing remotely interesting or innovative about this game.
Big call to make, considering the only details available are a two paragraph marketing blurb.
Well how about that, a somewhat interesting and innovative game idea. Certainly has a bunch of potential if they think it out properly and make it varied enough.
Why do I envision Warcraft2 where you stack buildings around buildings for 'protection'.
Shut up nin, has to be one of the stupidest posts of 2009.
Actually no, yours was.
Agreed. I always thought it was an FPS....they are making it ridiculous. Which is why I haven't played in a long time. Items/hats/ets. Why not just call it Team ForCraft 2.
Since all you have to do to get the items is play the game and be randomly rewarded, I don't see why Valve doesn't just give all the items to everybody at once.
Pirating software is like beating up a prostitute: You can like it and still not have to pay for it and the only one who cares is the distributor.
Wait, why'd we get the halo?
I lost more than half my backpack... INCLUDING ITEMS I UNLOCKED MYSELF (KGB, not sure what else...as in I deleted the original one I got and had an additional one in its place)
Lost my stovepipe hat too... god damnit.
Really isn't cool, can't they just say "Stop idling now, or you'll pay the price" instead of doing possible damage like this?
Don't really care since I still have most of my unlocks, but I had unlocked everything through achievements and lost a couple items and dupes and now don't have the items in question, period...
Remove?
How about delete and ban accounts?
4.5%? That is a hell of a lot of cheaters.
Sad...thought it was closer to 1%.
