It's a pretty good romp, especially in co-op (but playable solo). Very tweakable settings-wise, so you can make it harder or easier to your liking, or change certain mechanics that might get irritating. There's a lot more depth to it now since EA, with the magic system getting a couple overhauls.

That's horrendous haha. I even saw ads for Concord, and I immediately dismissed it because I couldn't even tell what the hell it was.

Gotta wait for the better ones to transition over I guess. Haven't checked it out yet, but curious.

It's quite a turnaround. A very solid game that only gets improved every couple months it seems.

Although I personally find the depth of the content lacking, there's a huge variety of it, and it's a wonderful game to just chill out and explore space and planets at the very least.

Yeah, oldschool WoW was really awesome. Quite the new experience, and so many peoples' first MMO. God, I don't know how I managed to be in a hardcore raiding guild when I was like.. 12? It was rough. Clearing MC and getting yelled at for bed, lol. Still, great memories. Wouldn't try to do it again though. Vanilla/Classic WoW is such a time sink that it's crazy, compared to more recent MMOs like FF14 or ESO which feel so fast (or go at your pace).

Such a great, polished game. I also recommend ES2 wholeheartedly.

This probably has some epic music, too. FF14's music director is in on this (Masayoshi Soken) and that game has just some of the coolest tracks. Can't wait to check it out!

Really unfortunate, they could have had some really creative shots, and mocked so many other movies... but instead it will be the one mocked.

God, that casting is one of the worst I've ever seen though. A handful of superfans could do better.

Yeah, it's a bit of a surprise. But it does also look like a solid Battlefield replacement, given that, uh... EA somehow completely threw the ball out the window. So, prime real estate, I guess. The extraction mode seems neat, too. I just want to see a really polished game come out. Only worry is that, being F2P makes it even more open to cheats.

Yeah, and returning to the game is no easy feat, either, haha. I have several thousand hours in it (great F2P!) and I get overwhelmed considerably every time I return to it. I eventually just got so overwhelmed I stopped going back, unfortunately.. You have to have a wiki open, practically, all the time.

Definitely! One of my favorite actors that really just sticks to what he's good at. Curious to see what S2 will be like.

Played this for several hours. It was... really boring. Just a generic-feeling third person shooter. Not surprised at all. A lot of the earlier content/missions/etc had nobody queuing for them, either, because the player base was so small. Also the coolest weapons and stuff were stuck behind a literal gacha machine.

It's only going to get worse now that they know they can be greedy with it. I have no idea how the game's been kept alive this long. I know I definitely wouldn't have gotten nearly as much enjoyment out of the online if I hadn't had cheaters randomly drop millions of dollars on me, allowing me to play with some of the expensive cars (that all drive almost identically, except for special cars). It's like working a second job, otherwise.

Yeah, the constant time pressure was a major fun-killer for me. I put the game down well before the end because I just didn't like feeling stressed, like I was being sub-optimal...despite it being a generally silly game.

It was going to get stale sooner or later, since gameplay couldn't really change in a dramatic way with how it's structured.. but yeah, the crashing (on seemingly every single major patch), the performance in some places, and the sheer numbers of enemies/difficulty even on lower difficulties are just.. off-putting. The game has a lot of tiny little things that get really, really irritating the more they happen, like crashing at extraction and losing all your samples, or getting pinned under a ragdolled body and killed, or repeatedly staggered out of animations by the smallest enemies, etc.

It's definitely unique and fun, but even with Sony behind them, it feels like they're getting no support from them, no extra QA, no extra polish or outside help. Sony had a golden goose and really just.. let it shit the bed instead of feeding it.

Yeah! Probably the smoothest MMO launch I've been a part of. Although for some reason some people hold off for the "early access" period (even though you pay nothing extra to be a part of it). At least Square Enix can do something that isn't asinine or penny-pinching for once. They're running a pretty big marketing campaign too.

Interesting and unexpected, but it sounded like DD2 was pretty repetitive unfortunately? Lack of enemy variety in particular.

Terminator again? I wonder if they use T-1000 or something different this time. I can imagine that they can go crazy with the ideas considering the T-1000's enjoyment for knives and stabbing weapons, lol. Conan is an exciting addition. Granted I just uninstalled this game two days ago, lol. Hopefully if I ever get the itch to get back into it, all content will be out and available.

Supposedly, at least from what I read in a different post/article, it's supposed to be the T-1000 and Reptile's VA had mentioned that Robert Patrick had or was recording lines for the T-1000 as well. But will they actually get Arnold for Conan this time, instead of an impersonator?
