The Walking Dead, and Fables? Wow, two comics they will no doubt ruin as games utterly, and Walking Dead is not that great of a comic to begin with.

Fables... they can easily go so wrong trying to turn that into any sort of action game.

After watching the trailer a few times again, and then the 'in chronological order' trailer, it looks like the parents are to blame once again, in a horror film/setting. Why were they hiding in a room, while the daughter is forced to run through a dark hallway being chased by all the zombies? Then the father finally picks her up/grabs an axe?

Pfft. Separating, no doubt to have sex(sending the kid off to the pool or rec lounge), biggest mistake in any horror film, everybody knows that. It practically guaranteed their zombification.

Offtopic: Only John Carpenter's "The Thing" has no stupid horror film decisions, and so Hollywood has been forced to ruin it with a prequel. GG, humanity.

Wtf, this trailer is AWESOME. However, trailers this good are almost always made by some outside studio, and barely related to the game, and more importantly, the gameplay, at all.

It's barely tolerable as drm, and admittedly very convenient as a store/in game messaging service, but surely it's not a selling point? Also it has to be killing other services, D2D, GG, GoG, Impulse, to have all these games come out that require Steam on top of their service. Monopolies are bad, even in the formative stages, people.

I could maybe rejoice for the announcement of Steam, IF and only if it meant there was no chance of any other DRM/GFWL nonsense attached to the game.

Impulse continues to have horrible pricing schemes. Who would buy the Fallout series off of Impulse, when you can get them practically DRM free from gog.com, for less, as others have said?

Unfortunately they do this for basically every other game they sell also... it's like they are trying to fail.

Apparently DS3 does not offer multiple characters for control by the player. So basically this game has almost nothing to do with Dungeon Siege 1 and 2.

As flawed as those two games were, most of the draw for me was the multiple PC party.

DS3: Randomized loot(diabloish, aka 10,000 garbage weapons to find a few good items), consolized multi-platform release, but possibly a better story at least.

Somewhat off topic, but in most of these Dungeons related posts, people laud Dungeon Keeper Two more than DK1... that's mind boggling to me.

Dungeon Keeper seemed VASTLY superior to DK2 to me, in pretty much every way, except possibly graphically, depending on how much you feel you need hardware accelerated graphics.

Oh well, maybe I will give DK2 another shot one of these days.
