What is this marketing? Do they intentionally want to sabotage their own game release?

Did Paradox remove the pre 2.0 versions of Stellaris from Steam? I remember that they were still up for the longest time afterwards for people who preferred that version.

Earliest you can go back to is 2.1.3

Ah.. unless you enter oldstellaris in beta menu.. wtf?

The version ye want is 1.9.1 ... 2.0 was the big "remove 99% of the game that was fun" patch

This game patch status and Paradox DLC policy made sure I never played it after they bought it.

Sadly, I have to agree. They did the same thing with Stellaris, too. Prior to Patch 2.0, Stellaris was a fun game with a lot of different ways to accomplish things and just the right depth. Then they decided to release Patch 2.0, strip out many of the different avenues to victory, replace the entire planetary and solar management systems that now required tedious and constant micromangement, and then attempt to turn it in to Crusader Kings in space. It was a bummer because I really liked Stellaris and it was fun to play.

And even before that Paradox removed open wars and different travel methods per race....

Doing this is basically going to allow Amazon to enter into the public court records for evidence as many violence inciting posts on the medium as they can find. Is that really what the CEO of Parler wants? I am not a lawyer but that seems counterproductive to his future plans. Am I wrong on this?

You think someone hosting Q-ANON and literal NAZIS and thinking that's A-OK has sensible behavior? I expected him to wear a shaman outfit and walk in front of Amazon HQ to protest...
Btw. I am thankful these q-anon idiots offered so much meme material in that 1 day of escalation. It's delightful. I can't even decide what to meme with first. So much choice!

*sniff* My poor Pwesidents Twitter account got banned! What happened to his Fweedom of speech?

Y'all sound like this poor woman. Imagine getting maced while participating in a 'revolution' against the United States. Someone give her a participation trophy, stat.

How did Presidents ever get their voices heard before Twitter? Oh yeah, they'd hold press conferences or briefings. Too bad the current one is too much of a coward to do something like that.

If you intentionally fat-fingered that link you deserve a medal, interesting watch Wouldn't have watched whatever you wanted to link I think ^^

I thought Postal workers were supposed to be reasonably intelligent--pass a few tests and background checks to get their jobs. It's shocking to see how stupid some of them can be. This guy traded his career for a $500 console. Another Postal worker traded his career for some Netflix DVDs--he didn't steal them--just delayed them while he made copies of them. Just to save a $10-a-month Netflix subscription of his own. Unreal. What idiots.

Mate, today shortly before a thunder-storm with attached snow-storm my only expected package ended up on TOP of my exterior mail box, postal dude did not even ring, it's literally a button right next to the mail box! Only by accident one my neighbors kid walked by, saw it, and rang at my door to inform me I got a package, at that point it was already storming ice crystals side-ways.

Intelligence? Postal workers? Many are, not the majority hired in the xmas rush though.

This video statement is a good joke. People already forgot Witcher 3 release I think.... it's literally a 1:1 repeat. Same lies, same promises. Even if they kept them for W3 let's not claim that CP77 will get the same level of support. It's functionally a different game with TONS less gameplay features. Even Dragons Dogma, from 2012, is so vastly superior that I find it incredibly sad.

If you think that is obscene, the 6800 XT from Asus goes for 1200€ here, that's for a MAYBE ORDER, not for a GUARANTEED ORDER

The scalpers have won and gamers have lost. Time for integrated graphics.

The vendors should be raising prices if there's so much demand, so as to cut out the scalpers. The extra profits they make could go to expanding capacity in production.

That's not how the industry operates mate. Nvidia gains absolutely nothing from the higher prices because it has already sold to the vendors. Only ones profiting from higher prices are scalpers.

Time for some more deplatforming then. Whoever hosts Parler when it is back is gonna have to be using one of the big 3 payment providers... just saying... that said, after this happened I doubt Parler will be around much longer
