Cities Skylines 2 reportedly runs with 7-12fps on an Intel Core i9 13900KS with AMD Radeon RX 7900XTX at 4K-High Settings

So what’s the problem? You just don’t buy this unoptimized POS. Period.

The hardest thing about college for most is putting up with the bullshit. In fact, more than anything else, I have always considered a bachelor's degree as documented proof you can push through the bullshit when you have to. Other than very basic skills, you rarely learn anything in college you need to know for a real world job. I mean, if you are going to be a physicist or something like that, than yeah it is much more relevant. But I lost count a long time ago of the number of people who told me their successful careers were helped in no measurable way by what they learned in college.
The same applies to high school/grammar school here in Europe. 85 percent of what you must learn is mostly useless.

That's like your opinion man. I've had more fun with CP2077 than I had with the Witcher 3. I am also replaying 2.0, and diggin it in all it's overdriven ray traced glory. Just my 5c.
It is. I might get the add-on when it's on sale (and by then probably v2.3, 2.5). The Vanilla fiasco destroyed some of their reputation and the game was average at best. Not taking any risk here.

Installed 2.0 on release day, but not the expansion. Yes it’s a major overhaul but it doesn’t make the core of the game any better. For the most part I play CP2077 because of its visual presentation- which is stunning imo. I never had the urge to beat the game and that didn’t change with v2.0.

Yup, but it isn’t - entirely at least. Lots of people out there are quite happy with the (early) result.

They will probably fine them for something.
EU has failed to produce tech giants like Google, Microsoft, Nvidia, Apple etc. but they instead discovered that it can charge ridiculous amounts of fines from foreign tech corporations.
Exactly. The EU has always been a feel-good club for failed or incompetent European politicians - which is one of the many reasons why they have failed in that department.

Having read the comments Starfield in its current state and form has written “mod me” all over it. Okay. I’ll give it a couple of years to mature-

I’m currently playing Encased and de-denuvo’ed Resident Evil: Village, both in endgame stages, before coming back to CP2077. I want to know how the main storyline ends. BG3 is next on list, by then the 1st Starfield patch should’ve happened. Future plans

I’m still on my 1st playthrough with my level 45 V and I’m curious about v2. Expecting this to be buttery smooth on my AMD system (if it isn’t —> sabotage by CDPR/Nvidia).

Wow, they aren't just leaving it 100% up to modders? This stuff should have been in already, even if it needed to be delayed a week...
When your game is sponsored by AMD, it's not a good look to support DLSS out of the gate.
Why? AMD themselves said them adding DLSS support was fine, so were they lying about that?
That’s probably a lie. RogueSix has all the details regarding the FACT that Bethesda/AMD are actively sabotaging every poor Nvidia/Intel user in Starfield. Ask him for a collection of links to prove this…

Top bad I likely won't be buying anything from this company again, at least not at full price, and sure as hell not pre-ordering. Never again. 🙂
Of course not. CDPR is the best example for a „fool me once…“ situation. Some people will gladly take the shame as it seems.

What’s alarming to me are the spec requirements for 4k/ultra/no RT:
Nvidia - 3080 will do
AMD - 7900 XTX minimum

Reading this I’m absolutely glad I didn’t buy it after they had removed Denuvo even though I was really tempted. Looks like they want to milk the franchise quite a bit more and MTX based on an idiotic point system are the perfect choice.
