Definitely sucks, though I pay for Youtube premium and cant live without it, so I don't get ads anymore. I wish there was a cheaper option though that didn't include Youtube Music, as I prefer Spotify.

I've been having a lot of fun with it. It's certainly come a LONG way since the beginning when it was a buggy shitfest. It's really got the exploring mechanic down pat.

They can do whatever they want. As long as these games are "connect to server" games, I'll pass. It's time they started making traditional games instead. The kind you install on your own computer. I am sick of these online games, just because they are supposed to have full control and almost always come with a monthly fee....
Then you might as well just stop playing new games (That are not indie) and be content with older ones. Because it's just how things are done anymore, as pretty much all major released games that I know of require an online connection.

The Fallout show has already been renewed for a 2nd season as well! God, I'm so hyped!

Sadly you're most likely right. I'm hoping for the best, but yeah.

You've asked that before, and I answered it. No offense but I'm not doing it again. If you don't buy my answer that I gave the last time, then okay. Different people prioritize different things.

I don't recall you giving any specific examples in your previous response, like games they've released that offended you, the firing of your mom's best friend, making kids develop games as slaves, etc.. You just ranted about how much you strongly dislike them. Also, actual hate to the level you do is a ridiculous thing to have against a gaming company. Good lord. Whatever, it doesn't matter enough to me. Despise is an extremely strong word for something like this. They didn't burn your house down. They are just another shitty game publisher like all the other ones.

I will be holding onto my old 2013 Samsung tv for as long as I can. New tv's will probably all start to do shit like this in the near future I bet.

I'm not picking on you. I loathe you because you are a bunch of fucking greedy cretins that have been making gaming markedly worse for years now. It's only your unmatched stupidity that slowed you down.
What are you basing it on though? What exactly have they done, besides lots of layoffs and studio closures? Out of the loop I guess.

I miss Anonymous.. What happened to them? They did a lot of good. Wish they had stuck around. Not to mention the Guy Fawkes masks were epic.

Completely not surprised that Apple tried to censor those subjects. Very glad Jon didn't give into their BS, even if it meant his show was canceled. Honestly, he's better off not working for them.

The US just seems like a petty bully in all this. Where will this end? I swear if they start banning the streaming services that show Chinese dramas then I'm going to flip.

What on earth. I never thought I'd see the day when people would actually WANT mtx.. Just wtf.

The vast majority of publishers are making way over 50%+ of their revenue from MTX these days (e.g. Take 2 currently stands at 75%, down 7% from a previous quarter where 82% of their revenue came from MTX, or RCS in their lingo, which stands for recurrent consumer spending).

MTX are super popular and millions of gamers enjoy buying shit for their favorite games. That's just how it is, whether some people can wrap their brains around it or not, does not matter. Reality is the reality. Deal with it.

Doesn't make it any less exploitative by companies that do it. I understand it, I just think its a sad state of affairs. I also wonder where people are getting the money for this stuff, when apparently everyone is struggling just to eat and pay their bills. The economy was in the dumpster last I checked. I guess the people that pay all this money for MTX must either be the 1% or have spending issues.

25 Years Shocked
I sure as heck did not expect that.

edit
"There is no possibility of parole in federal criminal cases, but Bankman-Fried can still shave time off his 25-year sentence with good behavior.
SBF may serve as little as 12.5 years"
that's closer to what I was expecting

Im surprised, considering most executives get off with slaps on the wrist. Generally rich people can buy their way out of the legal system.
