Still in Iraq. Moral here is semi-high, depending on the job of the soldiers. Engineers are lower, since we do less "cool stuff" and projects get canned every 2 months. But it's a job someone has to do.
For Veterans Day, we commemorated by playing a little 3 person LAN game of BF1942 in the barracks. BF1942 in Iraq rocks! Flak jacket & kevlar not required for play.

PS: All of the IRaqi people I've met seem to be friendly, the ones who don't like us generally keep to themselves when we're out and about. The kids here are too damn cute, and I feel bad when I see them sick or injured. Life was not easy before, hopefully it's getting better now.
