Let me make a few statements here, but before I do, allow me to introduce myself.
I'm a libertarian.

Now, let's get to it...
The U.S. was setup for freedoms. Freedom of speach. Freedom of the press. Freedom from religion (if desired,) etc, etc, etc...
Gays should absolutely be able to wed.
I should be able to watch hard-code porn on NBC, if NBC and
NBC alone choses to air it.
That's my political thinking. Religiously, I disagree. The problem with various people in government is that they decide to impose their religious convictions by way of law, even though the U.S. was specifically founded to attempt to prevent that.
Bottom line is this: If you can't isolate your politics from your religion you have no place in our government...
