I read a Japanese book a long time about decluttering your life, helped out a lot. I like to look at it by asking myself "All of this stuff, what would I replace if it was missing?". Most of the time it's a lot less than you think. We organize our place by needs, some physical and some mental. I need mementos of our trips to help jog my memory and give me happiness so I don't mind clutter related to that. On the other hand I don't need that old skullkid figure sitting on a bookshelf that came in my 3DS limited edition so off to Craigslist it went.

Goodwill or really any local non-profit thrift store will take everything. They usually have a drop off spot near the back.

That's nothing, go look at the clusterfuck that is the store sometime. Too many entries for everything, cortana search is a nightmare, loading wheels constantly, etc. They actually make buying things from there a total annoyance. Huge emphasis on publisher purchased content slots to the point where they take precedence over your fucking search results.

The UI is slow and annoying. No caching at all, constantly waiting for loads between fucking interface elements is beyond obnoxious. Stupid emphasis on "social" and promoted content which means your my games list lives in a narrow sliver of the screen in the upper right. Games take forever to install/play.

The Xbox fucking sucks. Every time I play at a friends place I'm glad I got a PS4 instead. The only reason I even check his out sometimes is Forza. I was looking at a list of games coming up for both consoles and it seems like a wasteland on the Microsoft side of things. Phantom Dust, State of Decay 2? Crackdown Vaporware? Yet they cancelled Scalebound somehow. Fucking ridiculous company.

It's also possible you sent in something he already knew about.

I'm not sure why it matters anyway.

This is what I'm talking about. This is not a discussion. This is a personal attack on my faith and beliefs and has nothing to do with the bible or Christianity. That's why I was saying perhaps the best path forward is for us all not to discuss religion AND politics on a video game site. You wouldn't do it at the table during Thanksgiving (or maybe you would I don't know) I only think it would be good for everyone. So say we all?!

Why should any of us give a shit about your faith? At least when we talk about football, politics and other aspects of life there is some basis in fact. Religious discussion is endless bullshit predicated on a mountain of nonsense like yours. I will attack it as I please when you continually post about it. You can't post public statements then declare them off limits. The same way people go after my political beliefs when I post them here. This is the core problem with religion right here, it's little juveniles like you that declare it to be some unassailable part of their identity yet have no issue annoying everyone else with it constantly.

You want to talk about it? No problem, this thread is a meek example of how that's going to look every time you try on here. When you really piss people off it's going to be way worse.

I don't know, I find it a bit amusing because most people (even VR proponents) suggested that VR was a niche application from the beginning but there's a bunch of naysayers doing the whole "I TOLD YOU IT SUX AND WOULD FAIL!" thing regardless. I really like my Vive but I've always told people not to buy into it right now, its just way too soon and there's nowhere near enough support. I don't think its fair to call it a failure if it can't find mass appeal in a year either. VR with clunky headsets is a first gen thing, eventually the tech is going to keep boiling down to smaller glasses and/or AR integration.

Facebook was desperately looking for the next social expansion which explains their interest.

Just saying, for many, the Bible is a life-changing book that feeds their spiritual need. For others, it's a meaningless book of magic riddles. I would ask that you have some form of decorum for those of us who do hold the Bible in high regard.

The same decorum you give people who have been harmed by religion by not discussing it? Heh I thought so. I'm not sure what makes you think you're so special that you deserve consideration because you like a book. You get the "decorum" that anyone else does about any other book and its as open to praise, criticism and derision as the latest 50 Shades dreck. If you don't like that then there are plenty of religious forums to discuss religion on the internet, you really don't need to be here doing it on a gaming website.

A) How does he know where the child porn is. B) How does anyone know it's 20%. If they know the total amount than they must know where it is, right? And if that's the case why is it still there?

I was going to call you dumb but it occurred to me that despite being a member here forever, you might not understand how this website actually works. This website indexes news but those links and headlines are not the total sum of the information. You have to click on the links, read the articles and then use your brain to interpret the information. This information might or might not be correct, you have to make an attempt to decide for yourself based on the facts and your own analysis.

Atlanta got shaken up with all of the penalties and seemed to lose steam. They gotta keep some gas in the tank next time, it was great that they were all over Brady for the half but they seemed totally deflated after. Couldn't believe how their O fell apart and that huge sack cost them a game winning FG, Ryan should be ashamed of that shit.

Very exciting game to watch, converted my GF to a fan. She was screaming at every play by the end.

For all the crazy shit he's done so far, this move I am 100% behind. H-1B has been abused for well over a decade, and companies whining that they "can't find skilled workers in the US" really just mean "for peanuts salary."

When H-1Bs are being used to outsource jobs to India, where the currently employed engineer is being forced to TRAIN his Indian replacement, you know it's gone way overboard. I'm glad someone in DC is finally paying attention to this bullshit.

I don't think hes done anything particularly crazy so far other than be serious about The Wall. I'm not thrilled with some of his appointment choices but after the FCC thing with Tom Wheeler I've learned to be patient and let time show us what these people will do. Whatever he does here will undoubtedly be an improvement, the program is such a fucking fiasco already.

I think the Pro will get a price markdown (probably $50 or something) after Scorpio lands this year but yeah, I would go with that. I just got a Slim because I wanted something quiet and have a gaming PC for higher spec type games.

H1B tech workers are not exactly suffering when you look at the requirements and frankly I don't really care, their recruitment already negatively impacts American workers. I have a hard time empathizing with the corporations either. Several are already claiming this is a violation of freedom and that H1B visas are a normal tech recruiting tool (something that was never intended in the first place).

I don't even notice if I'm running 2 games at once unless they're both BF1/Doom on ultra settings or something. Modern machines (particularly with SSDs) are more than capable of doing this.

It happens when you alt tab out of one to do something, get interrupted then come back later and launch a different game. I will make a data flow diagram and flowchart for you later on to demonstrate CJ

You mean like Obama's? When he blocked allowing Christians and Yazidis who are being ethnically cleansed from claiming asylum in the US? That's why during the last round of "import refugees" there were under 100 from either of those groups despite the demand being there from them. So far the only thing Trumps order has done, is the same thing as Obamas. Based off Obama's own security analysis recommendations.

Sigh, now we're going to get the same 4 posters in here determined to disprove you and its going to turn into the usual circus.

The PS4 has a ton of cool exclusives though and even moreso if you love Japanese games. You can pickup a Slim bundle at a decent sale price sometimes too. My PS4 gets a ton of play time now.

H1-B has been rife with abuse for years, driving down salaries and putting Americans out of work. Supposed to be used for very specialized skills that American has, instead it has been used to replace Americans in working positions. Or they'll advertise a position well below market value. When no American applies, they'll claim they can't find a qualified American to do the job thus need an H1-B.

Yep, my company does this. I'm in a senior position so I'm safe but it disgusts me and frankly I'm getting tired of watching it happen. I'm looking to move to a startup or something since we're very secure financially. I hope Trump goes after this shit hard.
