Apparently they found the boy after 6 days about 4 miles from where he was left at a military "rest hut" -- hungry but uninjured.

The ABC report.

Saw that - that's a nice way to start Friday. Glad he's ok.

His parents, on the other hand...

I'm 53, male, and play video games daily. World Of Tanks, BF4, Uncharted 4 (amongst others) on the console. I've been playing since my (then) wife won a Nintendo 64 when they first came out - haven't stopped!

I suspect (and hope) we're going to see a huge shift in gaming, as the 2600/NES generation ages. It's going to become less of an age stigma and more of something everyone does...

Did they update the combat? i don't remember it being so fluid actually.

I thought I read at some point they shortened some of the attack animations, allowing for better control. But I'm at work and don't have the link in front of me (I don't even recall where I saw it).

This was something similar: http://www.pcgamer.com/the-witcher-3-patch-107-geralts-new-movement-mode-analyzed/

Wow, I didn't realize the first one was good enough to justify a 2nd.

I suspect they invested enough in the initial IP that they have to at least give it one more go before putting a bullet in it.

Like Watch Dogs...

I would hope, with it's size, that maybe it couldn't move that fast, but I wouldn't risk it, either.

I saw somewhere where one of the people that works at the golf said it's been there awhile, so I guess it's used to people.

If they put in a decent single player, I'll be all over this. Full bot support would also be a seller for me...

GameStop has them down to $35. A friend of mine picked one up and the guy at the counter said that's the first one they've ever sold.

Damn, that's sad. I keep meaning to grab one...was hoping they did well for them.

Then again, how much pc stuff does GS sell these days?

Seems like people think this isn't a proper Mafia game because there's a black guy in it.

None of which was mentioned in this thread until you brought it up, in an attempt to stir shit up.

So what's got people so worked up about this one (hint: it's the black guy).

Again, you were the first person to bring this up. No one else said anything about skin color. No one else was "worked up".

Edit: I mean it's hardly without precedent. Remember when all the racists freaked out because a black stormtrooper? Same thing.

Which has nothing to do with this thread. Another attempt to stir shit up.

I hope this game fails miserably so 2K understands and gets a proper Mafia game followup to Mafia 2.

What makes a proper Mafia game? No black people?

Do you just troll various threads, trying to stir shit up?

edit: That's twice now where you intentionally try and stir shit up, in the name of controversy.

Showing it at $5.99

Could be, I'm not looking at it through the steam client (for an additional discount)...just used his link (web browser).

Either way, for M2, that's a great deal on some awesome gameplay.

Cool article!

I've been really surprised how much I've enjoyed the SP of the new Doom...went in with pretty low expectations, and have really enjoyed it.

Between this and Machine Games take on Wolfenstein (e3 announcement maybe???), Beth seems to cranking out some decent FPS...

That's surprising Mafia II, just showed back up on Steam, after being awol for 2(?) years. Looks like they believe the 5 year old game, Digital Deluxe is worth $30 US, lmao. Hahaha_no

I'm showing it as $8? Granted, that's a discount, but you have a week...

sometime in the last 3 years valve became the unofficial owner of gog. they were really successful in keeping it lowdown. gog should just be considered drm-free steam now. because most people have steam already, the software (steam) tracks (and takes action) with your gog libraries. its bad. i hope posting this lets some more independent, more free individuals verify it publicly.

Yeah, and my uncle works at nintendo!

That's weird - did they ever say why a game was removed? Or just "here ya go"?
