Really fun and really punishing. Very happy with the inclusion of Chaos.

So what if games decide they want to add in loot boxes or other in game purchases after the fact?

I don't know, watching Youtube videos with people ratting those tech support scammers is kind of addicting.

I'm pretty much okay with any kind of band waggoning so long as the product feels like a nice chunk of quality was poured in to it. There's bound to be one or two clones which go above and beyond the typical junk that's pushed out to hitch a ride.

Once news of the flaws broke, Intel "expedited its plans to deploy the mitigations and promptly briefed governments and others about the issues.

... and what a resounding success those micro code mitigations have been.

I haven't crashed yet but there are pretty hard dips in frametime from time to time which is rather jarring.

Pretty good experience so far though especially when they're following the same pricing structure on Steam. Not sure what's going on but GMG has it marked up by $15 to offset the otherwise decent 26% discount and even then it's still cheaper on Steam with their 10% discount. Some tomfoolery I rarely expect from them.

Wait, what? 24 player multiplayer? Been a while since I've played WCIII, but the most players I have tried was 3 v 3 -- and that was three humans vs three computer players. I'd be interested to see a 24 player game, can't really imagine what that would be like...

I don't know if it still uses the old battle.net infrastructure but it might only be in regards to the IRC lobby before joining a game.

Can't wait for this game. Pretty much built a new rig in anticipation of it but also to generally get fat frames...

They really don't like Kojima. Pretty sure Jim Sterling has a video up of it already which I'll give a look at.

So, are you deleting your items, your currency, and your characters at the end of each league?

I actually do this. I can't even remember the last time I stepped foot in Standard because I don't see the point. This is just how I feel though as I know standard is still pretty popular especially among mirror services and whatnot.

The ascendancy changes will be great. Here's to hoping they bring up some of the more underused characters such as Champion and Deadeye while dialing back the Berserker and Flaskfinder meta.

I can say with certainty that I'll be gunning towards Spectral Shield Throw since that's an ability I've wanted for a very long time.

As for the Bestiary itself, it looks like a more interesting Essence league where you can target a wider range of crafting abilities especially when it comes to white sockets. Whether or not it becomes a chore or remains interesting remains to be seen though. Abyss started strong but wasn't as great as Breach...

Lastly, alpha manticore armor looks awesome.

The patch which finally brings a shield throw ability.

That's enough reason for me to play it... even though I already am...

Oh I 10000% agree with you there but it's going to be a shame if/when they dump one shitter simply to get in bed with another.

My biggest complaint was that the Skaven were the only faction you fought. While they're great and all the lack of race diversity was kind of a bummer but now with the introduction of Chaos that could very well be a big game changer.

Along with anything else they have improved upon, of course.

with feelers out to both Activision and Ubisoft to possibly replace EA

If true and these two are being courted then Obsidian and CDPR aren't even on the same planet for consideration.

Watching people wipe to Flame Leviathan was some real nostalgia and easily the hardest boss in the Timewalking event and made for an entertaining evening. It's not a very rewarding experience though and Algalon isn't even included although I'm sure he'd be a push over especially with those who are decked out with a Timewalking set doing 3x more damage.

We pugged no lights in about 6 pulls.

Ah Germany, fighting against a past as an authoritarian dictatorship by being an authoritarian dictatorship...

Easy there, Winston. The Netherlands, Belgium, France and Sweden are also looking in to this so put your roundel back in the attic just because Germany wants to have a discussion on what is a hot button issue.
