Heh... I just finished writing some huge rant about that Counter-Strike article, then came here to see that everybody had hit on the same points I did.
I spent a summer on a couch in an apartment in Virginia playing Defender of the Crown on the Commodore 64. Looking at vids for this new incarnation really brought back the memories of that time.
But it won't be the same if the damsels don't disrobe for you.
Sven is worth the download IF and ONLY IF you play it at LAN parties. While I'm sure Sven is okay online, it shines at LANs, especially late at night when people are starting to get a little goofy.
I've become a fan of it just because of what it does to LAN party people.
The local Wegman's carries a variety of their sauces. I'm a fan of their XXXXtra Hot Habanero sauce, myself. There is surprisingly little information available about the brand and, it seems, nowhere to buy it online.
This site has outlasted a good number of others. Congrats on longevity and dedication. ... Whatever happened to Redwood, anyway? Back in the day, Blue's and Redwood's were the two sites to hit.
