Is this even a point and click game anymore?
No, sadly not. I just recently played through the first 3 games, and absolutely loved them. Just then I discovered that a new game was in the making, and was pretty excited.
I bought it yesterday when there was not a single review yet on steam. This game is no point&click adventure. If you go to the controls, you can see a controller layout and stuff like "invert Y". In the game, you walk around with the controller and do some simple actions at certain interaction points, just like in a Telltale game.
Currently, I don't know if I would recommend it, as I wasn't too gripped by the game so far. The walking around is a bit clumsy, especially the orientation, because the camera position is mostly static, like in old Resident Evil games. There's no map or quick navigation or something like that.
And it seems to be poorly optimized, sometimes you get good framerate, but sometimes it drops for no apparent reason. As an example, walking around is fine, then you examine an object in the inventory and suddenly it goes down to ~20-30 fps until you exit the inventory again. Also the loading times between different rooms is pretty high, even with an SSD. This could turn out to be quite annoying if you need to explore or backtrack a lot (which will probably be the case in an Adventure game).
So currently I would advise to wait for some patches that hopefully come and improve the experience.

If your card has drivers that cause issues with a game like CS GO, it might be time to rethink what hardware you rock under the hood.
FWIW, this is a software issue caused by "Radeon Chill" and has nothing to do with the graphics card itself (or the drivers, as this is an optional additional piece of software).
Radeon Chill is an intelligent power-saving feature for Radeon™ graphics that dynamically regulates framerate based on your movements’ in-game. During peak gameplay, Radeon Chill works to deliver the full framerate potential of Radeon graphics. As movement decreases, Radeon Chill reduces your gameplay framerate.

Nice typo MAME is such an amazing project. I remember in the beginning when it only emulated "real" arcade machine, and only a handful. Dang I'm old.

To quote the line from Spaceballs. "Merchandising, merchandising, where the real money from the movie is made. Spaceballs-the T-shirt, Spaceballs-the Coloring Book, Spaceballs-the Lunch box, Spaceballs-the Breakfast Cereal, Spaceballs-the Flame Thrower! The kids love this one. And last but not least, Spaceballs the doll, me. (Doll: May the schwartz be with you!) Adorable." So I guess we'll see Mike Morhaime-the action figure with karate-chop action.
I'd totally dig a life-sized Sylvanas doll

Even the "owner" of the kickstarter is a fictional character from the Life is Strange universe... "Kate Marsh". Probably can't get any more weirder than this.

This is pretty cool - but there is so much to the base game! I can't even imagine doing more.
Blue, the Afterbirth DLC is already released. What's coming is an extension to the Afterbirth DLC, called † for "plus".

Well, I would really love some more variation in the daily runs, not just something like hitting the "random guy to start with" button. The editors sound amazing. I am pretty sure we will see lots of new content from the community. I just hope it will be possible to include something like several new rooms from different people into the "standard" game, so they can appear in a normal run.

We'll have to see. Ed and Tyrone have done some pretty amazing stuff to Isaac in last few days (some great patches and fixes).

40 minutes to complete bloodborne? Took me 40 minutes just to find the first boss...
Speedruns, nothing special The WR for Skyrim is something like 15 minutes? But 40 minutes is quite fast for a Dark Souls type game. Dark Souls 1&2 took much longer to complete in their early speedruns (~ 2 hours for DS2).

How can they say "Unlimited free to play" when the next sentence states "However, they will not have access to all the avatars, skins and the single player campaigns, Acts 2, 3, and 4, all of which is exclusive content for Titan Pass owners."
