Great game, I’ve completed the campaign several times. It’s an interesting combination of RPG and strategy game. Looking forward to getting the new DLC.

I use a simple electric grinder without a sensor, it has worked well for years. In general I try and buy appliances with the least gizmos as I find - they just add none repairable failure points. My townhouse strata has gone through so many garage motion/light sensors, in some case ps not working when new - no choice about having a sensor in these but they are mass produced and unreliable.

Looking forward to this. I bought and played Shiny Shoe’s follow-up game Inkbound and didn’t like it at all. Inkbound lacked polish and I didn’t like the game mechanics. I really enjoyed Monster Train though.

I try and avoid ordering food from Amazon. I previously received crackers that were expired and other food items where the packaging broke and the food was trashed. No return or refund was available.

I hope I was one of the people pointing to the valve stem being the potential cause because I went through this exact scenario. Like you I assumed they would replace the part when I got new tires but they didn’t. My car is ten years old and has the basic (cheap to replace) valve stems and even then they weren’t replaced. I was told this part is a lot more complex now with low tire pressure warning systems so they are probably even less likely to replace them on on modern car.

This game is a gem. I have over 100 hours into it. It is an interesting combination of turned based combat and RPG elements played out in a massive game world.

This game deserves to be much more popular, it is great. The new DLC adds random maps which I think is important to a lot of people.

This may have already been mentioned/asked/answered when you originally brought up the slow leak.
Was the valve stem replaced when the new tires were mounted?

Also, the valve core might be bad or not seating properly. Take the cap off and put a drop of soapy water on it to see if a bubble forms.
https://tirehungry.com/how-to-tighten-a-tire-valve-stem/

That was the issue for me. I had all my tires replaced because they were worn out and they didn’t replace the valve stems. One of them leaked afterwards, although in my case it was a fast leak.

If you like tomato soup then roasting your tomatoes in the oven along with some squash makes a great base for soup. Add in some sautéed onions and garnish with basil when served.

You must be living in your own little fantasy world where vaccines grant all who get them eternal life, yes?

The vaccines are absolutely, positively not a guarantee by anyone, including the manufacturers of the vaccines that you wont still end up testing positive for covid19.

https://www.nytimes.com/2021/07/22/health/coronavirus-breakthrough-infections-delta.html

If negative Covid 19 tests are snapshots then vaccines are a shot in the dark. What idiots aren't getting their government injections????? Hehehehe. Anybody who actually reads, that's who. Myocarditis, Guillian Barre syndrome and who the hell knows what else.

Spend less time binge watching Netflix and more time reading so you can avoid these very public and humiliating responses in the future.

So because the vaccines aren’t 100% effective at preventing COVID we shouldn’t be getting them? Is that what you are saying? By the way, pretty much any drug we take can have serious side effects for some people, read the labels.

I gave up toward the end. There was something about the levelling and loot which meant that I never felt like I was actually getting any stronger, and all the weapons felt similar without lacking any real identity or rareness that made them interesting.

I didn't find the story particularly engaging either.

I had the same feelings about the game. I probably completed 90% of the game but I got so bored I gave up.

I've found the AI to be quite competent. Certainly much better than any of the Heroes of Might & Magic games.

I've only played the campaigns in AOW3, I finished both of them. They are challenging and great fun. The AI definitely comes after you, even at normal difficulty level.

I use Norton despite many computer experts telling me how bad it is.

I experienced this issue with Norton crashing IE11 and I spent hours trying to fix it. Now I'm a Norton hater and I will be looking at a replacement. What morons, try testing your updates before you release them.

I really wanted to like Blackguards, and I struggled through it for about 20 hours. For me, nothing about the game was enjoyable.

Many people complained about how tough the first game was. I don't mind a tough game, if when I loose a battle, I start to understand what I am doing wrong. I never got that experience in Blackguards, when I lost I had no idea how to improve my characters. Far to many poorly thought out and explained attributes, many of which were useless. It was quite easy to spend a lot of time building your characters and through unfortunate choices, get stuck in the game.

I never tried KB, while it actually spoke to me even before it was released.

I'm an absolute obsessive HoMM fan, to a point where I make myself believe I love it even more than I do (does that somehow make sense...?). Is this game really HoMM-like enough for me to love it, you think? Maybe it's worth looking into after after my obsessive D:OS love has been put aside.

You'd probably like it. I like it more than HoMM because this game actually rewards and encourages you for exploring, whereas HoMM punishes you for wasting turns.

I agree. I've given up on the HoMM series because the series has gotten worse instead of better.

I've put hundreds of hours into completing the various Kings Bounty games. The only one I didn't like was Warriors of the North. Dark Side is getting really good reviews so I plan to buy it.

I'm glad they are continuing to put out new releases of Kings Bounty. But I also hope they are working on Kings Bounty 2 because the engine is getting a bit ancient.

Left 4 Dead 2 on sale yet again? Steam sales have been really boring, at least for me, in the last few months. The same games go on sale time after time, but most of the games I'm interested in haven't been on sale at all since Christmas.

I bought WotN when it first came out because I wanted to support the developer. It turns out that the original developer of the Kings Bounty series wasn't involved and WotN was a mess. So many bugs I couldn't start it until about six months after buying it, and even then it had a lot of bugs and crashes.

So I won't buy this expansion when it is first released.

Nhhh.. I liked Toki Tori 2 and that has an insane amount of content.. the problem is it's a game only like 1 in 1000 people will ever bother to check out. It's a platform puzzle game sort of.. very cute, but also extremely difficult.

I liked the first Toki Tori and I bought Toki Tori 2+ on release day. I didn't like any of the changes they made to the design for the second game.

This game is awful, and so are the tables. FX2 may have a lot of crazy shit but it still feels 10x better than this.

Awful? It has a few flaws but I think it's a very good game. So far I've only played the season one tables in demo mode but I can tell it is a well designed and fun game. The pricing is a bit high for the season three tables though.

I'm also enjoying FX2. The Humble Bundle $6 deal was one of my best game purchases of the year.

Yeah, and there's only so much inXile can do with budget constraints. You know how much more work, and therefore money, getting into positions, elevations, targeting, etc. cost? You're talking at least another million here.

And his complaint about things like grenades being rare. A) It's the Wasteland. Things are supposed to be rare. B) It's a beta so they can tweak these sorts of things with feedback before release.

Guy seems to be expecting the world for a $15 game. This isn't an AAA title, guy.

I backed both Wasteland 2 and Banner Saga, although I'm not sure if I would if given the chance to redo my backing.

I thought Eurogamer did a good job with their preview of Wasteland 2. They were very reasonable (maybe too reasonable) in their expectations for the game. It is a beta, but only a very small part of the game is playable, which presumably means that there is still lots of work to do on the rest of the game.

Despite showing only a small part of the game, the areas shown aren't very impressive - small settlements and almost no one in them. I'm also very disappointed to read that the combat is so simplistic, that's a big part of the game.
