Even I'm on 64-bit, DX11. And I'm slow to upgrade.

It's idiotic they don't use a scale of 10. That's still the best way to rate something. There are a lot of games I might rate a 5 or 6 but if my options are up or down than it goes down. And most people aren't going to plough through reviews to see that and just skip the game entirely.
It's good that there's no way that can be abused. Metacritic.

- LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG ass cutscenes. Holy fuck. I wish I'd have been given agency in some of those cutscenes, it would have made the whole thing far more powerful, but oh well.

- Takedown options have GREATLY improved. Take guys down over obstacles, around obstacles, all works very smoothly. This makes playing a non-lethal playthrough a lot less finicky.

- While I appreciate the level of precision the new sneak system gives, it is very distracting. I wish there was a way to turn it off...

I was pushing random buttons during the cutscenes. Some can be skipped with Escape. Others I think it was space or something which did it. It seemed a bit inconsistent, but it's generally doable.

I also liked the new takedowns. And I'm glad about the chunk of battery it costs. One can still do lots of takedowns on low battery, but that leaves little for anything else. I like how the battery recharges to a point, and that point lowers through usage. I'm still familiarising with it, but I find it interesting so far.

You can turn off the jensen face and the guidance lines in the options. I think it was under gameplay? I only remember that it's one near the bottom of the options screen.

Crash to desktop during a cutscene within the first few hours of the game.
I fixed that with medium settings and vsync off.

I was really chuffed that I could turn the radar off, though. That thing was so overpowered in HR.

I don't even want any of the crap that came with the pre-order, it just wrecks the balance of the game. I will see if I can somehow get rid of my extra cash so I can start fresh.
Disable the DLC through Steam?

Does this have "Push button to stick to wall" gameplay?

That ruined the prior one for me, feels so unrealistic. I have no problem ducking behind cover, but I want to manually control it (ducking/leaning), not have a toggle on/off button.
What ruined it for me was the non-optional radar. That just made the game too easy.

Rimworld? I looked at that game and laughed, it looks like something coded in the 90's.

People are nuts to pay $30 for that game. It looks like one of those $1.99 games.
Ironically, Rimworld has a lot more depth already than many full-priced games. And it's still being developed.
