I jumped in, played the first two campaign missions on hard, actually lost once on the second map. Wassup with that? This might be a little bit of a challenge...
On to multiplayer, for those of us that live and breathe on BattleNet, multiplayer just got a whole lot more complex. Interestingly, you're WC3 stats are gone, it's a great chance to start fresh. I DO miss seeing a record of the 320 games I'd played, but enough of them were losses, and hell, I won my first two games on BattleNet tonight so I'm at 100% wins, which is nice.
I play undead and the undead enhancements are nice. Everything costs less gold, everythings a bit higher on wood. The new upgrades, units, and heros are very nice, the player built shop is great. But this game just got a HELL of a lot more complex, I'd go so far as to say 2x more complicated. You just have more options. With the items that raise corpses, the skeleton mages, the ability for meat wagons to PRODUCE corpses, and the new heros ability to produce scarabs from corpses, the undead are reaching new pinacles of undeadness, which is uber cool.
Moe likes. A lot.
