Co-op robots? Isn't the whole point of Portal that you figure the puzzles out yourself?

I believe the idea is that in Co-Op, each player is a robot (rather than humans or two Chell's.) I don't think they solve puzzles for you...

From their forum (saw on rockpapershotgun, but they didn't give the forum link):

Mockery granted the domain name in mutual agreement … a fan himself, he was glad to. There was no sale. It was given free.

The second '[sic]' isn't necessary. 'Fulfil' (with two single L's) is the correct spelling of the word.

Spelling Nazi out.

Intel buy AMD? Apr 1, 2008, 14:05

Look out... I once wrote an April Fools joke newspost on a 3D site back in the days of the Riva TNT, announcing that nVidia had bought 3dfx, even though they were in the height of the Voodoo versus Riva battle, with ATI a tiny player. It was very funny, but clearly an insane proposition and most people through saw my silly jape.

3 years later, nVidia bought 3dfx.

So, now is the time to place bets on Intel purchasing AMD in 2011, and VIA taking their place.

...and just to add insult to injury, they have adopted Comic Sans as their EA-Land webpage font. This lot are geniuses.

I predict this line of enquiry heading down the "You idiot, Portal didn't do it first, Narbacular Drop did!", "No you idiot, Narbacular Drop didn't do it first, Prey did in the 1996 demo videos!", "No you idiot, Prey didn't do it first in the 1996 demo videos, OBSCURE DEMO GROUP RELEASE did in a 1994 demo for the 286!" route....

Yep there are, but the problem has been identified and should be fixed pretty soon.

You're forgetting that ETQW is available for Linux, and that doesn't have DirectX either, yet it works exactly as the Windows version does.

You might find it worth giving the demo a go once it comes out to see if the issues you encountered have been resolved.

Also, as confirmed on the ETQW forums by several SD crew, while VoIP was removed, it has since been added to the wishlist for an update.
