My biggest issue with BF3 is getting kicked constantly. I haven't been able to play a full match yet. Highly annoying. Especially once you get kicked you have to load the whole game again. Ugh

Well, I qualify as bought Medal Of Honor: Limited Edition on Steam ages ago. But I don't have a key listed for BF3 where it says I should. Either it won't appear until closer to the date or it's missing. Either way EA really hasn't been clear about things.

I agree with a lot of the comments here. Sometimes HUD's are great, other times not.
One HUD system that I really like is that of Dead Space. You see your health on your character and ammo on your weapons. They did a good job of having a HUD while not having a standard HUD. Granted, something like that wouldn't work too well in other games, but for that it was perfect.

I was under the impression that although the server browser isn't ingame that there still is a server browser.
Yep, there is. Just accessed through the Battlelog site. Once you choose a server, the game loads in the background, and a little notification will tell you that it's ready. Optionally, you can have it just switch to the game once it's done loading. Also, as has been said already, loading is a lot faster than the older games. Just yesterday I played a match of BF2, and was seriously annoyed at how long it took to load the map.
Hmm. Depends on when you clicked the link. I've noticed that Impulse sales end at 10pm Pacific Time. My client is showing that the Titan Quest bundle is the daily deal for today. Although right now I'm getting a 404 on it.
Anyway, maybe that's why the Dead Space bundle looks lousy. You could have just missed the sale price.

I predict the Monday announcement will be for DLC. I'd prefer a patch that lets you turn off the radar, though. That thing is so ridiculously overpowered, it renders almost all of the stealth augmentations useless.

Game of the Year, and quite frankly, Game of the (past) Decade. If it wasn't for the truly fucking miserable boss fights, I'd call it the best game ever.

Speaking of which, Amazon has it for 34.99 right now. And that's the digital download version. Just snagged it, and it's now downloading through Steam.
And also, if any of you haven't picked up Metro 2033 yet, it's a steal at $5 on Steam. I had preordered Homefront and got Metro for free, but after Homefront actually came out, the way I looked at it was that I bought Metro and got Homefront for free.
I've never played the other games, as I just thought of them as GTA ripoffs. Maybe they weren't really, but I never paid any attention.
This game, however, looks awesome. Seems like it's going to be a ridiculous, crazy ass blast of a game.

Origin is just a renamed version of the EA Download Manger. The only good I found to come of EADM was linking my retail copy of ME2 to my EA account. Doing that, I don't have to have the disk in anymore. And yes, I know there are nocd's out there, but those have always been kinda funky for the ME games.
I was wondering if this was going to happen. Especially after IGN opened up their PC store. Your account and purchases show up on D2D and the IGN PC store, so I'm wondering if they're basically selling the name. It'll be interesting to see what comes of this

Aww, no PC version for this one? Bummer. These really are great games. I haven't played through any of them yet, but I have played them all except for Indy 2. My son is addicted to em though, which is the main reason I've played em.

Wonder if they're going to phase out D2D. Just logged in at the IGN PC Store, and clicked my account, and all the games that I have gotten from D2D show up there.
I feel the same way about the TW games. I have Rome, Medieval, and the first Shogun, but they're a bit much. Which is why I was wondering about King Arthur. Seems like the same type of game, but maybe not as much micro-managing. On sale on Impulse right now for 3 bucks. Maybe I'll just pick it up anyway.
