Anyone else having their entire Steam library update? Thread on the Steam forums is going crazy about it. Having it myself. Seems like someone fucked up somewhere.
Ok, found this on reddit- looks like all redistributables were deleted, and are now redownloading. Feel bad for people with data caps.

Exactly. And did you read the options? Basically force DONTNOD to make the game, or buy the rights and have another developer make it.

That's why I always stay away from all Steam forums, unless I have to check there for a solution to an issue or something. It's just unbelievable. Recently I bought Who's Your Daddy for my son and I, and I looked at the forums just to see what people were saying. I just got angry at all the stupidity and whining.
Edit: About the game itself, I'll have to check it out again. I bought it ages ago, back when it was only on Desura. Been waiting for it to actually become a game. The premise is interesting, so I hope it turns out to be good.

Last year I picked up a Roccat Isku. I'm really happy with it. Layout is good (what's with oddball keyboards having the tiny enter key?), feel is great. Really feels like I can type faster on this thing. Has 5 macro buttons which I don't use too often, but they work well.

I grabbed it, and have only put about an hour into it so far. It does seem pretty good, although I'm not too far past the tutorial stage. It does feel like an updated Syndicate, but again, I haven't gotten real deep into it, so I haven't experienced how the whole game works.

Exactly. Absolute bullshit. Years ago I worked in a grocery store, and a brand of wine came in with the brandname Housewife. So the wine steward put up a bunch of banners and signs that he got with the wine. One of the employees complained because it was 'degrading'.
Since the name is housewife, all the ads were women doing household things. Washing dishes, cooking dinner, etc.
Everyone else had no problem with it. Just the one. Shit like that, and this, just irritate the hell out of me. People are just too damn high strung.

Hmm... a quick glance at Metacritic shows a critic average of 89 and a user average of 8.4. On Steam, almost 5000 people gave PoE a positive review, with the overall rating being "Very Positive." Given these facts, I fail to see how PoE is a disappointment.
On a more relevant note, these numbers seem low. According to SteamSpy, there are about 550k owners on Steam alone. Throw in GOG and I'd expect total sales to be at least 600k.
Could be that they only counted true sales, and not backer redeemed copies.

Yeah, I just started it up too. Having a good time, but it keeps crashing on me, which is friggin annoying.
