It's like you're not even driving a car, but some brick inside a pinball machine. I dunno how else to describe it

I know exactly what you're referring to, though to me it's more like trying to sail a boat on open land.

Another bit of silliness: Hot Pursuit doesn't even have an option to select auto or manual transmission even though there's an RPM meter and gear number displayed on the HUD.

The lagginess and frame rate problems are gone for the most part but now the game is kicking everyone out after 3 minutes of play with a Steam disconnect error, this game just can't catch a break.

In my country, you can either get the digital version of X game from Steam or any other digital download service for its regular US price, or you can buy it at a local shop for twice that amount.

Yeah, real hard decision there.

I've been trying out this Skyfire browser and the couple of Flash based videos I tried came out pretty laggy, so yeah it works, just not very well.

Not to mention manual spawning for player infected during finales, it only took them about a year to copy what the modding community had already fixed a long time ago.

Been playing it on the iPod Touch for a while now, it's a more polished, fleshed out version of Crush the Castle. (Which is also good for a few laughs)

Before the advent of dos4gw, anything created by Origin was usually hellish to setup. I needed to have multiple choice config.sys and sutoexec.bat files depending on the game I wanted to run, loading anything other than a basic mouse driver had you running into low conventional memory messages.

The stock game's dogfighting isn't very well fleshed out but one of the game's strong points is the modding community, and there are many plugins that will enhance dogfighting quite a lot.

This was a problem with the first game too, you never knew what you were going to get into the first time you received a scoop. You go for it anyway and end up getting slaughtered by a boss because you were only carrying a pistol with one bullet in it or something.

The problem is intensified because all the bosses in both DR1 and 2 require you to know the "trick" behind beating them, usually stunning them by dodging a specific attack, taking advantage of an item in the immediate surrounding or attacking them in a very specific manner. And of course the game never really throws you any hints on what this weakness is so most players just end up helplessly getting their asses kicked until they either finally wise up on what they're supposed to be doing or exploit one of the many cheap tactics available.

Might as well just tell you now and save you the grief later: Make 2 painkillers (2 of the same type of alcohol in a blender), make a quickstep (2 milks at any blender), make knifed gloves (boxing gloves + bowie knife) and get the health 1 magazine (It's at a small kiosk after leaving the safe house), this is your basic boss killing equipment for when you don't know a boss' weakness, take the painkiller and quickstep right away after starting a boss fight and wail away with the knife gloves, take the second painkiller as soon as your health drops down to a dangerous level.

Thankfully, most of the boss fights you can simply walk away from and you won't be directly penalized plot-wise, I think only 3 of the boss fights in the game are 100% necessary to complete in order to get the best ending. Everything else you can start and walk away if you're not feeling ready for to it.

Bosses will always be the bane of most players when it comes to Capcom games it seems.

Yup, they had the whole metal vibe down pat. I can also say the soundtrack was the most kick ass collection of tunes I've ever seen in any single video game.
