They can do whatever they want. As long as these games are "connect to server" games, I'll pass. It's time they started making traditional games instead. The kind you install on your own computer. I am sick of these online games, just because they are supposed to have full control and almost always come with a monthly fee....
For me, streaming services are just an alternative to radio. The radio stations I have in my area are completely useless, so I have to use streaming to listen to the music I like. But what I miss about streaming services is the sound quality, so they will never be able to compete with physical copies of artists' albums. I really hope the music industry understands this and keep the price of CDs at an affordable level, then they can profit from both. But with the greed that they have, it will just end up being a shot in their own foot.
