I'm talking about this remake's soundtrack vs the original game's. The original game nailed being a companion to Vangelis work for the movie itself. I'm not sure what you're talking about... modding it into the new game..?

I can't name names as I don't follow any, but if you hunt around youtube enough you can find channels run by people who are obsessed over this. Also over how their console hardware is some magnitude greater than any PC because... *jazz hands*
The RT shader everyone's been using in games for this sort of effect does that. It's a generic shader you can apply to whatever game you hook it to.

Yes. Exactly. I trust Guerrilla's PS4 quality. I'm just not sure about their PC quality. I want to make sure it is a solid port before buying. Thankfully, with it on Steam, I'll know from user reviews within a few days if it is a safe buy.
There's also the Steam refund policy. Just sayin'.
I'm definitely snagging this as I have no plans for a PS-4. If it's a janky port I'll report back (well, so will most of the Blue's population, I'm sure).
