geez, why are people so annoying about that ??? Blue should have changed the look without that option...

but Blue, maybe you could add a little space between the <li>-bullets, ~3 pixels... they look very crammed.

Hordes of Underdark?......what the hell is underdark...is that like.....creatures that are dark, but not QUITE dark enough. They are sort of evil.....one would say "AHH, hordes of monsters from....PURGATORY!!!"

Has anyone else noticed.....durring the whole "Badger Badger......." dealy, that the first 2 screens after the SNAKE (and also the very first 2 scenes) are DIFFERENT than the other screens of badgers. In these first 2, there is a badger that appears in the very back right of the group that doesnt show up in the other scenes.

So I make my poor modem SUCK down this download.....and i get this zip. Extract.....a pair of bats and some folders. I click on the bats (sorry, .cmd) and they just barf (cant reference memory blah blah)......in the folers, worms3d.exe gets me a laundry list of looping errors......

Did this file just garf in the DL (if so, then why no bad CRC?) or am i stupid for yet another reason...

Lionheart really isnt that bad speed wise....I do miss turn based though....those were PLOT oriented games back then, not how well you could click on an enemy as it ran around.

You want CRACK INDUCED combat, go play some Arcanum. That game had SO much potential, it was just buggy(at first), had a HUGE clunky interface, and the combat.....an enemy could sprint across the entire screen in .008 seconds flat (and you could very well be dead .1 seconds thereafter). Good luck trying to cast a spell on the FLASH that just beat the piss out of your char.....

That said, I did like Arcanum...

Does "Reflexive" ring a bell? Yeah...after playing this game some more today, I do like it....it isnt Fallout, but it is good.

Yeah, I figured I'd missed the "Ships Ahoy" announcement here.....ive had in since last Friday....this game hasnt really hooked me yet, I have no problem walking away from it. This game feels WAY too combat oriented...like a Diablo RPG bastard child....and the spells...read though the ice spells tree...they used every synonym for "icicle" known to man. Hmm, do i want to cast a "javilin" of ice of a "missile" of ice....or just a regualar "icicle"...

The stupid part is, that "Ricochet" demo included on the cd....yeah, i went thought the entire 2 hours of demo time before i even fired lionheart up

For reals though, a new Nomad or something has got better specs (like capacity and whatnot) for the money (like $100 at the same capacity). iPods look cool and all but....hell...are you really in need of 40 gigs(or however much) of mobile storeage right now? Especially at the price....maybe i'm a cheap-ass at heart but...

My Rio 500, old and crappy.....still does everything i want an MP3 player to do.....plus the support community out there is excellent....

People don't float on crude rafts, jump walls, stow away in cargo holds of ships, etc. to get to any other country. This really is the land of the free and the home of the brave.


See, here in the US, you can do WHATEVER you want. Want to get a little job, little place of your own and live, go do it. Wanna start a business and try to make yourself very wealthy, get to it! Want to work a farm? Be our guest. Want to move into a place with some friends and peacefully celebrate your bizarre religion? A protected right. Want to protest the government, tell them you don't like what they are doing? You won't have to fear for your life. Extremely diverse culture. Got that too. Best education in the WORLD.....be it at large research universities, small religious schools, or anything in between? USA


Show me where else in the world you can do all this and more and not be taxed to death to support those who fail? Granted, our tax rates are beginning go towards our European neighbors'....but that is something we can fight. Because we have the right to.
