Each cruise ship has a brig (use to work for Princess Cruises), if the passengers get out of hand they get locked up and dumped at a first port of call, no questions asked but this, lol, this is just unbelievably unprofessional how the cruise staff have handled it... Assaulting a camera man? Kicking passengers while they are down, WTF kind of a training do they get there at the Carnival??

Nvm...rhetorical question.

Well that's just it. That's why these bottom-feeder cruise companies only hire third world drug abusers. Why spend money on professional staff and forgo the executive bonus? After all they're not stuck on the cruise. Look at the high end cruise companies that don't do this and you never hear of these sorts of problems. Also your attracting a better clientele to begin with and not the sort of trash you find in this example. You get what you pay for.

Most Americans would probably be thrilled to learn extraterrestrials (intelligent or not) exist.

Uh no they would not. One of the defining traits of the right-wing is institutional paranoia and seeing enemies where there are none. The revelation of aliens would just be one more boogeyman for them. I'd say the overwhelming majority of Americans would be confused, angry, and scared shitless. You know, how the same way they react to virtually everything else.

That's literally the exact opposite of what happened with Star Citizen. Chris Roberts had investors lined up and the Kickstarter was to demonstrate interest in the game. When the funding overperformed they dropped all other investors and went entirely community funded.

With the System Shock remake they surpassed their target and then decided to change from a remaster to a a new game, then shackled themselves to a publisher because they didn't have enough funds for that. That's pretty sleazy.

It's not hard to comprehend what I was saying. They pulled a CR inasmuch as they decided to abandon that original project and change it entirely to something else. They promised one thing than went off the reservation looking to for more money and to do something entirely different. Was that so hard to get there?

Charters are nifty and all but money talks and BS walks. He does realize in order for this "cybersecurity" to succeed they'll actually have to spend money on it instead of executive compensation, right? Probably not. Once they hear that this'll be dead in the water faster than shit through a goose.

We moved from a Remaster to a completely new game.

So in other words they engaged in fraud. That's called false advertising. Won't be long now before you see some lawsuits popping up. If you gave them money now's the time to ask for it back. Go to your state's AG or consumer watchdog if need be. In some of the more progressive states like Washington this may even be grounds for criminal charges now. It'll be interesting to see if anything serious comes of this. They certainly deserve it if it comes to pass.

As the budget grew, we began a long series of conversations with potential publishing partners.

So they thought they could pull a Chris Roberts here. Jesus Christ, this isn't rocket surgery. The game was already fucking made! All they had to do was update it! It...boggles...the...mind! And this sort of scheisse is precisely why I'll never engage in crowdfunding anymore.

Two words, fair and use. Even if somehow this idiot judge's ruling stand all it would end up doing is hurting the idiots who bring suits like this. Namely in this case the photographer. This gives him exposure he wouldn't otherwise get and the opportunity for a lot more paid work. Otherwise the news agencies simply won't bother.

Nah, it's not. If it were, how does it explain all the couples out there? I definitely fall into that second category he mentioned. I don't approach every woman but I've never had a problem approaching a woman I'm interested in. I've also been asked out by quite a few or had it made known to friends they were interested in me so I'd ask them out. But I agree with him that women on the whole should be more proactive. Everyone always likes being flattered by being found attractive by someone.

No one should love cryptocurrency. Quite the opposite in fact. It drives up the prices of everything related to it, video cards, electricity, and a whole host of ancillary products. And worse still is the environmental impact. No, cryptocurrency needs to die and go away or being heavily regulated and taxed - again to the point that it makes it untenable would be the ideal.

The environmental impact ?

Yes because I want the FED and similar groups of ultra globalist elites controlling all the money and calling the shots on pain of death.

All because we need to "save the environment" from crypto mining.

My eyes are rolling into the next state. Rolleyes Rolleyes Rolleyes

The fact that you can't even put together something as simple as the negative overall impact this has on the environment only illustrates once again that you're a typical right-wing moron incapable of critical or lateral thinking. No surprise there.

children can carry concealed firearms in many states?

do you knowingly resort to hysterics, or do you just make shit up because you think no one will pull you on it

Well, here you go shit-for-brains....

The 6 craziest state gun laws

"1. Concealed carry at 16 with no permit: Most states that allow people to carry a concealed weapon on their person require gun owners to obtain a permit before doing so. But four states Alaska, Arizona, Wyoming and Vermont allow concealed carry without any permit. That means, the Brady Campaign's Brian Malte tells me, that Jared Loughner was in full compliance with Arizona law up until the moment he used his concealed weapons to kill six people and severely injure Rep. Gabrielle Giffords.

Vermont, however, stands out from the pack because it allows people as young as 16 to conceal carry without parental permission, as well as buy handguns. So a Vermont teenager aged 16 can't legally go to an R-rated movie alone or join the military, but he can buy a handgun and carry it in his jeans and be completely within the limits of the law."

Don't you ever tire of being wrong all the time?

Are you blaming the GOP, that is funny. It is not their fault at all. Parents are to blame here because no one wants to parent their kids anymore. Kids today have little respect for life or anything else for that matter. Stop blaming others and have the parents take responsibility for their kids and let them spank them. I grew up and never had a school shooting and gun laws were a lot looser back them

Really? How odd, because it was a fucking CHILD who went out and legally bought a semi-automatic assault rifle. Not his parents, because they're dead. A child did this and it's all legal an above board. And why is it legal? WHO made it legal? Give your fucking head a shake.

Once again we see why reproduction needs to be a state sanctioned event.

Right? I mean, autisic kids are difficult to deal with, and I think some parents are desperate to have normal kids. Theyd do...anything. I dont think I could deal with it. Id resent that kid and likely end up being cruel to it.

You can't fix stupid.

8 US School Shootings in the first seven weeks of 2018

And of course what is the GOP's response? Why everyone needs to be armed! Yeah, because every fucking whacko and moron carrying guns in the US has worked out just awesome so far so it can only obviously get better, right? Most US schools now have active shooter drills, including this one. Again, the US is the only country on the entire fucking planet where they have to do this. Is that not somehow telling just how fucked up things are? I'm just not getting this insanity along with billions of other people apparently. What's the definition of insanity, again?
