Definitely worth $10.
I actually was approached by the developer of Galatic Dream (in addition to people from many other games) to do updated reviews. But since I don't keep tabs on every single one of the 434 (and counting) games I have reviewed, I don't update any review. It's only fair.

Bionic Commando and Bionic Commando Rearmed are two different games; that's where the confusion lies. Rearmed is a remake (meaning copy) of the old NES game. Bionic Commando (the 2009 one) is a completely new game.

I've been playing through the press preview, and overall it's certainly improved. Most of the options are not done in my beta (like advisors), but the interface is much better with more information on one screen instead of three or four dialogues. The world map is better than having the smaller maps of SR2010, and the world trade economy is a better alternative than the "world market."
Still worth it, though.
This response also indicates a shift towards online distribution rather than boxed copies through retail stores.
