FlatOut is better.

The reason why a lot of review sites gloss over multiplayer is that they (a) got the game before release so there isn't anyone to test with or (b) just didn't play it online. A 95% for GTA IV MP does seem like a theoretical number, as in actuality it is buggy and slow, just like the rest of GTA IV.
I wonder if the Garage Games guys doing the "spiritual follow-up" to Tribes (Fallen Empire: Legions) care about this.
As with The Sims 2, I suspect EA instructed the developer to intentionally leave out content and save it for an expansion, instead of doing a less deceptive approach like everyone else and actually develop content based on user feedback.
You can always count on GOG items getting a significant number of comments, as a testament to its general awesomeness. Any publisher who doesn't act quickly on earning some extra coin on their old games is dumb.
It's not as much the collection method as it is the use of the powers. I think; the general crappiness of the game drove me insane.
If you think getting extra copies of Legendary will positively influence the score, just wait until it gets posted Monday!

I haven't actually played GTA IV since finishing the review because of the issues that cropped up because of the patch. Sigh. It doesn't matter, because I've been reviewing other games and playing FlatOut Ultimate Carnage (a much better console port experience) extensively. I'm sure glad I didn't pay money to get GTA IV.
