This might be arbitrary, but in the press release they mention the PC first.
It's not done yet. Pre-orders will be able to download the new scenario for free when it is released.

I like how Steam/Valve allows third-party companies to sell Steamworks games. They don't have to: they could just say "you must get a key from us or go to hell".

That's weird: the server browser is one of the things that got fixed for me. I am now having problems with invisible enemies, sound cutting out, and garbled text characters.
