It depends on the environment around the fridge, what is in the fridge, how often the fridge is opened, and the temperature to which the refrigerator is set.

You still can't easily find them on the shelves here (Raleigh, NC). I've seen 1 in stores in the past year. Now, I'm sure if you camp out the stores on the days trucks arrive you could get one, but I still don't come across them casually. I ended up getting mine off of Amazon when they had some stock before Christmas. I do think demand is slowing some though, because asking prices for new Wii's on Craigslist are much lower than they used to be (only average $25-50 over MSRP).

You're a moron. Watch the fucking trailers -- they pushed vehicles like no other. If you were expecting "quake" you're a dumbass.

That video is so ridiculous that it's not even worth discussing. How are they marketing it towards children when it's rated Mature and all of the retailers he mentioned ID before selling? What those morons need to understand is that there is a large adult gaming market, and more than just children play video games; just because they don't game doesn't mean their pal in the next cubical over doesn't. Furthermore, this isn't a large game element; it's a minor nuance and they make it sound like it's a major element of the game.

I know of a couple of modded servers:

Jiggly's Fun House #3 SourceCraft-Mod-TF2, 8.12.16.21:27015
3PointGames.com Crazy TF2! [#2], 70.87.162.53:27015

SourceCraft is a much more significant mod, though.

I'm sorry, but that's just an absurd statement. If you're an early adopter who enjoys paying top dollar, then I can see how you might think that.

The Xbox360 isn't even 2.5 years old, and the Wii/PS3 are a year younger than that. You won't be seeing a next generation machine for 3-4 years minimum. The game catalogs are just now beginning to be of decent size. If you're smart, you're just now coming around to jumping in the pond.

I also hope it's not an MMO. I don't play MMO's and I won't play MMO's -- I have a job and I have a life. Either it's singleplayer and/or coop or it's nothing to me.

I'll enjoy this one in a couple of years when I have a PC capable of running it...and it's a fraction of the cost.

Kind of funny that I just got my invite to the beta today, too. Perhaps I'll gander at what content the beta offers over the demo.

Couldn't care less about playing EP2 (I have EP1 and still haven't given it a try), but I'm interested in playing Portal.

You make it sound like nobody will ever make any additional maps for the game. Valve have a commitment to not let it stagnate for at least 6 months, if not longer and i'm sure others will let fly on it once the SDK is available.

Actually, there is already a server running a modified version of cp_well that has flags. The messages "capture the enemy intelligence and return it to your basement" are erroneous, being that there is no basement, but it works. I would tell you the server name, but I didn't get to make note of it.

EDIT: This is server-side, since it's only an entity change.

Interesting that this one didn't make it onto PS3 like the first one did.
