I see it as the opposite of that. More and more young people understand the importance of that balance and they work to live, not live to work. And that's as it should be. There's an old expression, no one ever died saying 'I should have spent more time at the office.' So good on them. Revel in your time and enjoy your youth while you're young because there may not be a later.

Nearly 2 decades later for this franchise and all they can do is some farmed-out "expansion" by people who couldn`t even handle the remake.
It`s just so simple - get a new engine, upgrade the godawful combat to Divinity: OS model (or even PoE) and hire few decent writers. Then laugh all the way to the bank with both critics and fans happy.
Larian managed it with a tiny Kickstarted budget. Bioware not being able to crack this is just a proof of what a pathetic corporate zombie they have become.

Who is Peter Bright? According to his profile page on Ars Technica he "covers Microsoft for Ars". I'm not saying he's a shill for Microsoft but he definitely has a conflict of interest. Anything he writes with positive praise towards Microsoft's direction should be taken with a degree of skepticism.

It would be more appealing thematically and maybe at least slightly controversial if you were playing a German MG42 operator on D-day. Maybe next game!

lol @ the VR skeptics. Have any of you even tried a DK2? There's no going back to a monitor / TrackIR setup once you've made the leap to VR. I'll never race or fly on a flat screen again. And I'm looking forward to doing plenty of other stuff in VR beyond sims.

And he's complaining about an obscure Chinese group cracking it and putting it up on a few less than reputable torrent sites? Sounds like a right tosser actually.
Why wouldn't he? What's the cut-off point for being allowed to be unhappy at people grabbing your work for free? What does the notoriety or nationality of the cracking group matter?
Even if there was such a cut-off point (spoiler: there isn't), being $1,000,000 in the hole surely isn't it.
More importantly, is your name supposed to be read backwards? I always do, but I'm not sure I'm supposed to.

MS has absolutely ZERO influence what CPU is supported or not, that's all chipset drivers and UEFI, none of which MS has any control over, and it's literally impossible for MS to break a x86 cpu compatible with x86 applications, which Windows 7/8 are.... So wtf is this news even talking about?

Why did you scratch the 100 and replace by 50?
