I suspect this is actually good news. For the last year or so it seems Notch lost his steam for the project.

I really wish they would stick to their promise of focusing on bug fixes first before adding new features. They announced they would do this before Minecon and then promptly broke that promise with every single Beta release.

Ah cool. It has moved on the website and been modified but the promise pretty much stands. Nice find. Thanks.

what world do you live in

A world with unicorns, silly. A world that game companies follow through on their promises to their customers.

Anyone remember how in the early days of the beta the Minecraft website said that when the game was finished they would release the source code for free to the community? Once they saw how much this game was a license to print money that promise quietly disappeared from the website.

Considering they were already selling the game at the time isn't that illegal?

I hope that the corporate stooges at Activision have to pay out heavily. Of course if they do they will just fire a few other poor game developers.

Corporations have destroyed North America.

Sad that game companies have such little trust in their product that they feel they need to rely on gimmicks. All they need is a Jade Raymond type to sell to little boys and the game will be a hit!!

A lot of psychotic ex soldiers shooting senators, civilians, and beating up kids.

Good ol' USA and their love of war...just not so much for vets.

What he is really saying is that we designed the coop so badly we had to remove it because it sucked.

Disney and UBI, lol. I wouldn't be proud of those two on my resume. He should just scratch them off and say he was in prison that whole time for dealing drugs to high school students.

So the game company paid her to "do what you did for WoW but instead do it for our game Dragon Age?"

Poor girl is talented but is wasting it.

Now if the game bombs they have a perfect excuse. They aren't so dumb those developers.

Unlike the USA in which displays of physical love, or nudity is a huge no-no. Don't even get me going on swearing! However shooting someone in the head is great family entertainment for war mongers.

Religious people are insane.

I love watching the massive Apple corporation losing market share to Android and other companies. Their fascist policies are doing them in.

iTunes really pisses me off. When I plug in an electronic item I don't want to be forced to use their software. I want it to be recognized as a drive so I can easily access my data. I want the hardware to use a standard cable and not use a proprietary cable.

Fuck Apple. Once Steve Jobs passes away it will further lose momentum and slowly disappear.

Quote: "Sony wants to put your game saves in the cloud. Why?"

Why? Jailbroken PS3. Think of how UBI on the PC recently did their DRM and how you had to be connected to the internet. Sony wants to make it that you can't save your game if you have a jailbroken Ps3.

I am one of those poor souls who is being "downgraded" from 200GB bandwidth per month to 25GB for the same cost.

The Conservative government has loaded the CRTC with corporate friendly stooges that have ruled, of course, in favour of the major monopolies held by Bell Canada and Rogers corporations. This will crush the competition and destroy businesses.

They are winding the clock back to 1995.

I urge all Canadians to protest by visiting the following website and using their form to contact our politicians:

Story: "Nintendo profits fall 46%"

Hmm, maybe stop making absolutely horrible party games and movie tie- in games for the Wii. A lot of crap doesn't deserve the license.
