To be fair Cyberpunk was the make or break game.
Since it was broken it also broke GOG. Very little chance of money being spent on it to fix the game now that profits are down 30%. The executives will be circling the wagons and laying people off.

I just started playing this game on Xbox gamepass and it has a bit of an undeserved bad reputation.

Windows 10 only can emulate older color modes like 16-bit color. Games have terrible frame rate issues without 3rd party apps like DgVoodoo2.
Microsoft themselves can do a lot to help older PC games yet they do almost nothing.

Can you play your own MP3 files in the games though to make up for missing tracks?
I had the crash at startup also.
Avira antivirus running wouldn't let it get beyond the Forza 5 box graphic. Had to shut that down but still it wouldn't work properly. It would start to load the game and then also shut down.
Had to turn off EVGA Precision X1 also. Ridiculous. The only time I ever had problems with my anti-virus is with Xbox gamepass.
Microsoft is just trying to groom us for only using Windows store approved apps.

Has anyone tried playing older legacy games with Windows 11? Windows 10 was crap for older games that uses 16-bit color mode since it only emulated it badly. The result was horrific frame rates.
San Andreas and Vice City were amazing and I would love remasters.
The only problem is how much of the sound tracks would we lose because of licensing deals that were made so long ago?

I tried the beta and didn't like it but they really have improved it.
The community is pretty amazing since there really isn't PvP. You have generous players dropping you loot all the time or leaving stuff in suitcases at train stations for you to pickup. Very friendly people!

It was included on Epic games store with Mafia 1 Definitive Edition that I bought last week.
Sadly the remake crashed/froze 4 times in less than 2 hours so I refunded it. Such a disappointment since it looked great and I was a huge fan of Mafia 1 back in the day.
The remake is a buggy disaster though in terms of stability.

Depends what you are looking for in the Division. I am more a coop PvE player. The video looked like PvP will dominate.
They already announced that they are moving away from AAA games and going with free-to-play microtransactions. That usually means PvP and pay to win mentality. The microtransactions will drive the focus of the gameplay.
Ugh, it looks like they wrecked what made D1 and D2 fun for me.
Now it looks like they are trying to make it a cross between Gears of War and Fortnite.

Did you know there is a "remaster" of Number of the Beast that was taken from his archive. The first 1/3 is identical and then the rest is different. Nobody knows why he never published the other version.
