Actually I wrote a support ticket which contained the F word (gasp) in response to a privacy issue with Steam.
They disabled my account over that F word (oh dear) and then asked me to apologise for the horrific word (the poor guy must have been out of work in post traumatic stress disorder) after which they would re-enable my account again. I did so but they have yet to enable my account.
In short, they stole the games that I paid for and am unable to access now, hence my boycotting of Valve and Steam enabled products in general.
Before this incident, I was VERY pro Steam. However I am now in favour of MORE REGULATION and safeguards in the gaming industry and gaming as a service industry so these kind of issues do not happen to other consumers in future.

Hello,
Please do not use profanity when contacting Steam Support.
Your Steam account has been temporarily disabled and will not be reactivated until we receive an apology for the content of your message.
After recieving the apology, I will be happy to look into the issue you are experiencing.

That was back in March this year.
They said temporary and would re-enable it after I apologised. They lied. It could happen to you and probably has happened more than people realise.
I recommend you 1) do not use Steam or 2) if you must use Steam, use a seperate account for EACH game you have on Steam just to prevent them doing the same.
