NO the AT&T problems started Late Saturday. ATT fiber was trash until the "FIX the FIX" was done.
SO from my observations I am of the opinion that someone was screwing with the network last week (inside or outside)
and AT&T trashed it by trying to mitigate the issue. THEN had to FIX the mitigation. my 30+ years in IT guides me in that thinking.
