It's easy to get an F from the BBB, though. People whine to the BBB about frivolous bullshit, the company does nothing (and doesn't even try to get accredited) and just gets an F. Big deal. BBB is just where consumers go when *they* fuck up because they didn't read the terms of sale and just have an ax to grind against the company, so they'll go wherever they can to try to stick it to them, either for "moral" reasons or to get something for free. Or both.
The fact that Kotaku - part of the shitball Gawker network - is the one to shine a giant spotlight on it is no surprise. Continued sensationalist journalism at its finest, complete with the usual misleading story headline.
I'll give that an 8/10. Decent effort, but trying a little too hard.

Do you have a link to the video?

I watched somebody play for the first hour and it looked bad. Slow as hell (mission: get dressed), bunch of pointless quicktime events (seriously? mashing X repeatedly three times in a row to pull a lever?), and the thing I'm most sick of in gaming, a bunch of fucking writing all over every wall. As if people have nothing better to do in a crisis than spraypaint cryptic messages left and right.

It's a survival horror game like Amnesia. These games, no matter their successes, seem to still be... niche. This, however, is a big title, so it will be handled by reviewers who don't really know what the fuck they really got their hands on.
From what I've SEEN (which is so much more reliable than reading shit) this game looks pretty solid and scary as hell.
I've said it before: Fuck reviews. They are a dying breed; a thing of the past. Stop reading, start watching. The gameplay vids look good.

Anyone else wondering why a picture of a (rather impressive) schlong would be on a hard drive in a newsroom control room?
