Before they can say this, I'd like to see the pricing structure they plan for the trilogy.

If you don't like it, that's fine. But they've outlined their reasons. So saying "there IS no reason" isn't true.
They didn't outline any reasons. They only said "We want to make it epic so we have to do three releases." Why? Why can't they make it epic and do ONE release? Blizzard is known for "When it's Done" so why do they suddenly have to split the game up and not complete it as a whole?

What video linked yesterday? The only videos that were posted on Saturday were game trailers. And nothing I've seen yet gives a good, justifiable reason why the game is playing split into parts other than to make more money. That's because there IS no reason, and they just want to milk it for all it's worth.

Justifying the split in game by "We want the ability to tell the story the way we want to." is complete bullshit. There's nothing that separating the games will do that releasing them as one big game wouldn't have. Just make it so you can't play the second and third campaigns until after you get done the first one - which is how they did it in the original Starcraft.
There is NO REASON as to why they are doing this, besides milking more money from the franchise.

Well given that you can already do that in the expansion without paying a cent... I doubt thats what they are talking about. We'll just have to wait and see.
You can't change skin color, gender, or facial features at the barber shop. I'm hoping that's what they're referring to with this.

This has better be cosmetic and cosmetic ONLY - otherwise it will just be a game full of microtransactions to get the best stuff.

GOG.com has all the Fallout games for $6.00 & they work in XP & Vista (32). I think most people on Blues know this already though. =)
Am I the only one that can't access GOG.com? It says it's coming in September 8, and I don't see a way to buy the games...
EDIT: Now I see why, looks like I missed the boat... does anyone know if there's still a way to get access?

Why are they even bothering with this? UT3 failed on PC because it was consolized garbage, nothing like the UTs we've seen in the past. How will it do any better on Linux and Mac?

The only real complete part of AoC for me was Tortage. Everything after that for me was downhill and unenjoyable. It's a shame, this game had so much potential but anything released now is just too little, too late.

I was really for this game until they announced that even though the game had been delayed for "just polish" they suddenly had to cut 4 cities and classes. That isn't "just polish" and now it feels like we'd be getting an incomplete game, and I bet those things will be sold to us in the first expansion.

I understand the name change and support it, but wasn't the Project Origin name voted by the fans? Why couldn't they change it to FEAR 2: Project Origin? (edit: nevermind, I'm retarded)
And alos... weren't they previously operating under the rule that there could be no reference to the "FEAR" name within the game? So are we now going to see the word FEAR practically shoe-horned into it where it doesn't seem to fit?
