There's actually xbox 360 and PS3 emulators in development. The PS3 one is actually coming along pretty well believe it or not.

One of these days, RDR will be playable on the PC through this method. Sucks that R* can't just do it right though because the game is amazing and would make mad cash.

"For Nintendo Switch, the pack will include a cartridge with the first collection and a digital download voucher for the second collection."

I already knew this but I'll say it again - that's soooo lame. Capcom totally misses the point why those of us who prefer physical want physical. It's not like these games are all that big either. Out of touch morons.

Reminds me of Jackie Chan Stuntmaster for PSX. Awesome! Definitely getting this for the Switch.

Not that I would not welcome this, but supporting something only 2 GPU's costing upwards 2500$ can support is kinda.. weird
Doesn't it also block out Windows 7 and 8.1 from enjoying those tasty features. Yeah Windows 10, you're the best.

Welcome to 2018. Should developers still support DOS too?

Or we could always go back to having PC ports with out-dated console parity. Thus, having not much of a reason to play games on the PC. Developers adding things like this make it more like the old days where there's obvious reasons to play it on PC with the PC having more features and giving people reasons to upgrade. In the old days, I upgraded my PC in big ways for just one game (usually id games back then).

This ray tracing feature will work on current GPUs, it just wont be as efficient as Volta+. But with the right video setting tweaks, it will be fine.

What I would love to see, is an adapter you plug in that allows Atari 2600, 5200 and 7800 game cartridges to be used (in addition to downloading them).

Or redesign the case to support the carts directly.

Either way, I need a way to play actual carts on a modern TV.

To be the killjoy, these crabs are highly distressed, with knives glued to their hands. Videos like this keep going around, with people thinking smart crabs grab the knives, but they're panicking crabs unsure why something is stuck to them as much larger beings chase them.

They're also food, though, so...

Oh so you're one of those hippies. "oh no that's so cruel, it's being tortured" F off. The crab is not scared, it's doing what crabs do. They fight. When an animal fights, it's not scared, it's high on adrenaline and will get it on until it's done. Also I guess your glasses are dirty because clearly the crab switches the knife to its other claw for a while. Obviously it knows how to fight with objects and it's NOT glued.

Better come to GOG as well, as that's where I own them.

They said they aren't planning on it. :/

That sucks. GoG is also where I own the first three games.

But there's at least two open source Tomb Raider engine remakes that run the original data. It's a new engine, not a source port of the original, but seems to work well. The other option is to play the DOS versions using 3dfx Glide in a dosbox wrapper.

News Comments > NVIDIA GeForce Partner Program Illegal?
4. Re: NVIDIA GeForce Partner Program Illegal? Mar 10, 2018, 13:00 SirKnight

Nothing but incompetent journalism here. If the author took the time to actually read the GFPP document, he would see this.

This program DOES NOT allow a game to ONLY work on NVIDIA GPUs. Pure misinterpretation. Does this author not know English? Not only that, but this article came from pressure from someone at AMD. Hmmmm. Fishy maybe?

Also note from the press release:
The program isnít exclusive. Partners continue to have the ability to sell and promote products from anyone. Partners choose to sign up for the program, and they can stop participating any time. Thereís no commitment to make any monetary payments or product discounts for being part of the program.

I recently bought this for the PS4 since BestBuy had a sale on it. I'll likely get it for the Switch too.

As far as PC, maybe one day on a super sale, but for now I'll just stick to PSX emulation.

They need to get with the program with Gran Turismo on PS4. After all this time the system has been out, all we have is the online thing GT Sport.

The Forza team has put out several games, both in the Horizon and Motorsport variations and they have all been good. I also think it's cool that these can be played on an Xbone and PC and only needs to be purchased once.

Right now when it comes to racing, MS wins.

Come on Sony and Polyphony!

This game is awesome. Highly recommended. I really hope they make another game like this.

I have the Switch-a-reno version for now so no *Beep*ing patch for me. I'll probably pick it up for the PC-a-who at some point on a sale-a-boo.

Looks pretty good to me.

I for one would love to see more new games made with old engines like this. Build, Doom, Quake, Unreal 1, etc. There's just something about how the old games and engines were done that is more fun to me for some reason.

Well, that's just hideous. And those character models/animations...wtf.

They should have went with a more stylized/cartoony look (like Rime or Mulaka). Instead, this looks worse than a low budget PS2 game.
