DuvalMagic?

Like the unstoppable beast who used to rampage all in Duke3D Modem play in the late 90s on CompuServe? Also known as Mr. Pink?

Hey your an idiot that was nothing like subspace.
In fact I managed to get in yesterday and I thought it was pretty fucking awesome. I didn't even notice the vector graphics after 2 minutes. The 70 person match in the beginning was awesome.

Well good to see we hit a new low.

The last POS I bought from Troika didn't even fucking work even though I had over the system specs, it had a CTD on game load. I think it was called Arcanum or something, I dunno I returned it a few days later.

But yeah, it made me never want to buy shit from them again it was such a bad experience, hearing the bug woes, I'm glad I didn't give in and buy Blood lines (was saved last minute by a friend).

Vivendi disolved Dynamix, one of the best game companies of all time, simply to improve profits by less than 1%.

I hope they offer an upgrade option for DoD soure when it comes out. I find DoD a lot more fun than CStrike personally, especially the last few version.

As a game developer whose worked in the hell that is EA, I really hope these guys win and put that fucker in it's place.

That article was right about EA's turn-over. They churn through artists and programmers and burn them out just to replace them by fresh recruits. They had an active recruiting campaign at my old college actually where they come in and headhunt fresh talent to replace those they burn out.

It's sickening, but then again so is all big businesss to me imho.

I was given the impression this wasn't early in the war and these guys aren't Green Berets, which were the first American troops in Vietnam.

Something just doesn't seem right.

Why aren't they using m14s and m16s?
Skimping on art resources?
In the era of Vietnam this is set, the guys didn't use WW2 rifles & machine guns.

Over in general though, not really impressed. Very contained feel although some of it's kinda pretty. It looks like they are trying a bit too hard to shock you as well.

I don't know, I think Vietcong did this better, and the MP was a lot better.
