Origin systems made a game in 1995 called Bioforge. It was a "Alone in the dark" style adventure game. It is described much like Irrational described Bioshock. Looking glass combined/bought Origin if I recall. Perhaps Levine worked on Bioforge for Origin way back when.
Bioforge + System Shock = Bioshock.
For me, both were very memorable games. I'm totally pumped.
