is this some how news? I live in Salt Lake City, Utah. I have 3 neighbors on my street with 12+ kids. 16 just means they are really pulling down the goverment money.

Road Rash 2 on the Genesis was one of the greatest games ever conceved. I loved the code to get the stealth black bike, and beating people down was never more satisfying than when you had the cattle prod.
Don't forget, Snow is an awesome reflector, you can burn alot faster on a cold, but bright day with snow cover on the ground. I wonder if air density and temperature play into the brighter effect.
I heard that after the incredibles came out, a bunch more money was coughed up to improve the speical effects in FF. Mainly because the incredibles was such a great movie. It'll be interesting to see what they came up with. FF looks pretty neat too, that truck crashing into thing looks incredibly realalistic.
Well when it goes public you won't be able to make a game out of it put it in a box and sell it, unless you purchase a technology license, hense the people putting down money, and who's to say they didn't get a great deal on the older tech and intened to make value-priced games and sell them through wal-marts and what not, it'd run on older hardware and still have flashy graphics.
p.s. didn't some one want to use their unreal license to make a deer hunter game on the side? haha.

I've seen a show on Discovery channel, it was about blowing up cars is for bomb squad forensics training. They had a collage at the end of the show of the police officer in charge of blowing up everything from trailer homes to golf carts, I really want that guy's job.

I'm seriously out of DNF jokes now, but I still really really really want it to come out. I just hope it has the same "Fun Factor" duke 3d did. That said, with all the time they've spent, it BETTER give me a hard-on from amazing graphics, gameplay, epic story, comedy, and classic/new duke one liners when I play it.
MyRealName, you might want to reconsider, as much as this starforce crap may deter you, passing up GTR is only hurting you. It's by far the most realistic car simulation available, it makes even Gran Turismo look like an arcade simulation. Besides FPS games, GTR is the only other game I play, I've been totally ruined on all other car games. I also bought the ACT labs steering wheel w/ Gated shifter, and BRD pedals (FIA teams use these for their simulators) specifically for use with GTR 2002, so I am freaking out waiting for the full version of GTR to come out.
Well, i'm sure the style lends it self well since it's based on the same engine. I'm sure quake 4 will be signifigantly different than Doom 3. I have a feeling it will be alot more open than doom 3 for one, and the enemies will probably be alot more creative, since they get to play with the "Alien" theme, also the Quake 2 universe is already established, so they'll have alot more possiblity for story, where as doom 3 was a reinvention of a previous game, quake 4 can go wherever it wants, not to mention it's being doen by Raven and not iD
Ok wait a second, DNF is now using an in house engine (yeah that'd be the 4th change)? As in 3D Realms engine? or does he mean Unreal 3 technology or some type of derivitave?
Also 50, i'm pretty sure your right, i listened to the mp3 and the context of the whole conversation would make alot more sense.
