From Roberts' weekly FAQ videos, he said the Dog Fighting Module is scheduled to begin rolling out by the second week of May and should be fully rolled out for everyone by the third week of may.

So where are they crusty old farts claiming we wouldn't see a playable version of this game anytime this summer? Oh right.

The biggest thing for me, all the douchebaggery around here aside, is how well it'll play online. If it's laggy it'll be unplayable, I'm interested to see how they tackle networking issues, if they can pull it off, I'll be there day 1.

Heh, dude, might want to actually be playing the DFM before you start chirping about being able to play the DFM eh. That module has been pushed back several times already.

Only thing that concerns me at this point is content. I only see 4-5 different play areas at this point. Course each one of those areas could be massive, and\or contain multiple areas within them. Still tops on my what to look forward to list... well besides R* releasing some friken content already.

Hmm, lots of new content... but it doesn't seem as good as Complete for the rest.

I've sunk so many hours into GTAO, even with it's problems it's the best multiplayer experience ever to grace the screen. Don't think I've touched single player since online went... online.

At the rate they are releasing new content, and little actual content in those releases, they must be doing something else. My money is on a port for the next gen consoles.

It's not like you have running water in that van of yours

In Oklahoma, we have chicken shit water, that (obviously) tastes horrible from all the chicken farms upstream. It's so bad the mayor actually went on tv and drank a glass, to prove it was safe.

Bottled water, on the other hand, doesn't have that taste.

Yea some people can't comprehend that what comes out of their tap isn't the same as what comes out of other peoples taps. Penn and Teller did a thing where they were talking about the bottled water 'rip off scam' and I thought to myself, really? you guys live in Las Vegas. I bet my last dollar they don't drink that tap water.

Just use the premix grass stuff Blue, sprinkle, water, forget. The most important part is keeping Gunner off of it till the grass sets in. I have those little garden fence things you can just jam into the ground to isolate places in the yard. I also use little one section pieces that I revolve around the yard to break up my dogs paths so I don't get dog runs on my lawn.

The Pathe stuff is pretty cool for just a bunch of 2 min newsreel footage. I always prefer finding and watching the uncut stock reel stuff though, wish they would archive that to the web.

Completely meaningless data and totally inaccurate. First off every single game except two are Valve games and a lot of them were free at some point. Also Steam hasn't been keeping this kind of information since conception. A check of some of my Valve games that I played the crap out of a long time ago in a galaxy far ... oops, show that they are not installed or have ever been played.

EDIT the most interesting thing I'm seeing in that data is the fact that the vast majority of games on steam, even with all the wicked deals, are under the 5 million mark. I would be very curious to see the next 20 on the list.

all updates besides map packs will be free

So patches are free? How magnanimous of them. Charging for map packs is the worst thing you can do to an online community.

So guess I can safely assume no dog fighting module next week? How far has it been pushed back now? May? Sept? Xmas? 2015? But awesome cinematics for getting into the ship, too bad they didn't devote that time into making the actual game play functional first. Damn I'd like to play a space game with real physics, that was wicked, except of course Raymond, um Chris, doesn't know how to play, WTF is up with that.

On one hand woo-hoo, on the other hand it'll probably get dumbed down big time. I hope not, but have little faith in the industry to make complex games anymore.

I really don't understand this move. Colbert is an icon of his own brand and he's walking away from that to try and make a place in someone elses brand, and not just anyone but a gaint. Makes no sense, people watch late show because of Letterman, this could very easily turn into another Conan/TonightShow fiasco, then he'll have nothing.

I so want a spaghetti western FPS, done in the Sergio Leone style with a Morricone soundtrack. Imagine a game built with all the sets and characters from Sergio's westerns.

Didn't you ever play Outlaws? Or do you mean literally games lifted from the films?

Never heard of it till now. Too bad, I would have enjoyed it. Story and sound track seem perfect.

I was very excited when I saw the "new BSG movie", but it's Yet Another Reboot.

for fuck's sake, hollywood...

I don't mind a reboot (in this case) if it gives the 2007 reboot the boot... as long as it goes away from the drama\soap and takes it in a action\adventure direction I'm in.

That fan made GTA trailer does make me want to take another run at it... get my GTA fix while I wait for R* to get their shit in order. They did release 1.12 today, but it really adds nothing to the online experience and it's probably going to be months before we see any actual content added to the game.

Pretty much the same for me except I still fire up Star Wars Battlefront 2 every once in a while. There are work arounds, but I'll probably just end up playing something else. Definitely sucks to have so many games relying on one service that can just pack up and call it quits.

On the other hand Playstation's commitment to video games is very clear. What's unclear is how MS could possibly have not gotten the message that people buy a video game console primarily to, you know, play video games. But I guess they've handicapped the X1 for TV so they are going to chant TV TV TV until people realize MS is right and they're wrong.

I hate buggy games. I hate the damn devs release now fix later policy. I've always hated it, I've always riled against it. I hated it when it was just a PC thing. I hated it when consoles took up the practice once they were able to patch. Now I see a game that's buggy as hell and everyone is flocking to it and fucking celebrating it! Ya it pisses me off.
