I guess he's talking about steam causing problems with places that you can go to play video games on PCs, game centers. I'm not really familiar with them and am surprised such places exist in great numbers (other than the l33t places for competitions). Then again, I must be one of the 1% that doesn't need to wait years to play HL2, because I buy my own PCs and games. You'd think the people interested in that market would just spend a couple hundred bucks, go console, and rent games from blockbuster.
