Would someone kindly explain what's so bad about the game?
I wonder if they race with damage off? I think the real races should be run with "damage off." 
I miss that terrible hypnotic music from the original Comanche. Also, it would be nice to have back that female robotic voice back saying things like, "...engine damaged" and "....mast down!"
Would've been nice if they'd actually showed more than 2secs of gameplay. What's different about this tennis game from every other tennis game out there? Might've been nice if they'd at least thought about trying to answer that obvious question.
They're not sure how well this game will do. But the NEXT game, when he comes back, that one is guaranteed to be a blast to play.

So what exactly is in this release in terms of gameplay? Single player? Does it have AI to fight against? Space battles? FPS battles?

I really liked the rally cross events in Dirt3 and I'm looking forward to this addition.

In Dirt3, I really hated the Gymkana, like most mentioned on here. But, I really liked the rally cross races. I thought some of them were really fun bumper to bumper challenges in the mud and snow. Am I the only one who likes Rally and Rally Cross?

By far the dumbest thing I've done this year is buy this game. Myself and a large number of people on the forums have high end systems and can't get this game to even run. No help or any suggestions or anything from Activision or Steam.

Are you talking about the PC version? Are you using a driving wheel? I have the PC version with a logitiech wheel and it certainly does have an option for a manual transmission.
