I can see a lot of people with laptops wanting a nice game to run on their 3D-challenged machines. And really, there are only so many hack and slash RPG's out there for PC, Diablo II being (arguably) still the best.
WarPig- That seems to be a problem with all Nascar games I've played including NR2003. I get frustrated with it as well so I just turn on auto-braking. Seems to ease the tension a bit.
Hey, I had fun with Doom 3. Sure, I didn't finish it cuz I got bored 3/4 of the way through but I found it quite enjoyable for the time I played it. The production qualities I thought were top notch.
EA has been one of the most active game publishers I can ever remember. Up until a couple months ago I had no idea what EA was up to but all of a sudden there the most actively-moving name in gaming.
This is one of those games I wish I had a chance to play. The consensus seems to be very good. The only downside is that I tend to like first person RPG's like Morrowind better.
I haven't bought the game yet for this very reason. The first Vampire was so much fun, but buggy until they patched it. I'm guessing the patch will be a good one, but it might take a while.
The fact that we all still come to Blue's site after the huge corporate UGO undertaking says that we're all corporate whores. It's part of being an American, dammit!
It's nice to see the first review of the almost-famous cheater device. Anybody know if it's possible for me to plug a Logitech Formula Force GP Wheel into an XBox?
Yeah, my major gripe with Deadwood is that it's not very episodic like some of the other HBO shows. It's almost like they took a giant movie and just cut it up into 1-hour chunks. There's no real closure at the end of any of the episodes.
