The way I see things, being in afghanistan and being selected as one of the 540 detainees says A LOT about your situation.

No, it doesn't. That's just a baseless assumption that you're making so that you can feel better about this whole situation.

You want to error on the side of caution and give them a fair shot so you can feel better about this whole situation.

No, I don't. Due process is part of the constitution. We created a special designation for these people so that we wouldn't have to follow the constitution or the Geneva convention.

We have a major difference of opinion I see.

Yeah, your opinions are naive, poorly-researched, and illogical. It's not a question of looking at things differently when you obviously don't understand the situation and make random assumptions with no basis. The line of thinking you're espousing is what helps tyrannical governments come to power, and I don't have much patience for it. That's all I have to contribute here.

I played for awhile last night, I think it's awesome.

Going gold IMHO is used pretty loosely these days, im 37 and have played many games and began during an era where duke and doom were hip. Gold doesnt nessesarily mean its done, how many games have claimed gold, yet still put a patch out once in a while? Gold? whats that?

Do you know something I don't, or are you confused about what gold means? When a game goes gold, it means it's put on a gold master CD, and that's the version that gets duplicated and gets sent to retailers. So once a game is gold, there aren't going to be changes to the code. There might be patches afterwards, but that's a different story. Or are you saying that companies are actually using the term "going gold" more loosely, and making code changes between gold announcement and shipping?

Probably terrorists...Like I said we see what we want. I see a bunch of terrorists, you see a bunch of innocent men.

No, I don't see innocent men, I see people who haven't been tried or convicted, so neither you nor I have any idea about their innocence. This is the kind of shit I'm talking about. Pull your head out of your ass.

To me they are one in the same.

What, people who blow up buildings and people whom we're holding prisoner without trial? Those people are the same? Because that's what you seemed to be equating.

Because if we arrested them, they must have done *something* wrong. I mean, they're probably terrorists, right? And if you're a terrorist, you don't get any rights, right? That's what it seemed like you were saying.

Tumbler, you were one of the people I was talking about.

You are defending groups that blow up bombs in night clubs to make a point. That blow up buses full of children. That execute people on television and send the video's out for everyone to see.

That's either arguing dishonestly or being very confused.

At least there are a handful of people here with their heads on straight. The fact that people disagree about an issue is one thing, but I don't understand how people can make such ridiculous, illogical arguments and actually believe what they're saying.

This is the first I've heard of it, so forgive me if I'm talking dogshit, but it sounds like a new method of displaying 3d envoronments. I read this as meaning the game no longer displays solids as such, more that it translates those solids into a single screenshot, as it were. Then does it all over again for the next frame.

That is what all 3D rendering engines do.

Having multiple appearances for each team is confusing for new players. It's easier to have each team look uniform, especially if FF is on.
