I wonder when Epic expects EGS to start making money. With all the giveaways, timed exclusives, $10 coupons and reduced cut, they've most definitely not made any profit since launch.

Is this some version of the ARMA engine or something? I know it's an Alpha but this looks...unappealing.
Good luck with your Yet Another Zombie Survival PVP Ambush game.

LOL
So I downloaded it and can't even login to create an account. Just says "error during login" or whatever. And it doesn't have a way to let me exit from that. Have to bring up task manager and kill it.
Brilliant.

I'm not a huge fan of downloading 100 gigs (if you include the patch) and having to sign up for 3rd party services to play a game for a couple days.
However, after 2,000 hours of PUBG followed-up by 750 of CoD/Warzone I need a change of scenery.
Worth trying?

Ah, thanks guys. I'm tempted to get it, but it does not appear to be what would immediately attract my dwindling coop crew, so I was hoping it's doable solo if those jokers all pass on this.
Added to the Steam Sale list.![]()
*EDIT* Grammar.

I don't suppose there's any chance of seeing Klingon Honor Guard but maybe Space 1889?

So I guess the publisher, Ragnarok, hired all new developers for the patches/continued maintenance of Rune 2?
Everybody involved in this situation seems shady at best, but I admit I have not been keeping up to date on this whole thing.
Oh well, I'm sure the three people playing Rune 2 will be happy.![]()

How was the shooting in this game? Was this game fun overall?

I look forward to this.
I put an hour into XCOM: Chimera yesterday. The core gameplay is good, which you'd expect for an XCOM game, but overall, it feels extremely budget. Sure, it's $10, so that is fitting, but still unshakeable. The way the plot is delivered feels extremely cheap (and the art style ugly.) Again, $10 right now. And having a plot at all kind of feels weird. Having characters feels weird. I like it less. I like the way reinforcements come in less. The maps haven't felt super tactical, though I'm early.
I'll play it, I'll enjoy it, but it's definitely an amuse bouche. It won't scratch the itch XCOM3 would. Or maybe even replaying XCOM or XCOM2. At the same time, the new turn ordering makes it tactically different enough that it's really interesting.

So can you play this game solo? I don't care for PvP, but from what I've heard, you can pretty much ignore the PvP by not flagging for it. Can you just roam the wasteland and kill shit or do you need a base?
