Which "Free To Play" model is this like?

1. Guild Wars 2 (Best)
2. Star Wars: The Old Republic (Okay)
3. Lord of the Rings Online (Horrible)

I'm thinking it's going to be like LOTRO, but hoping for SWTOR model.

Funny, I bought the life time sub for LOTR when it first came out. so I get a free influx of money from them monthly I have a ton of in game cash built up to buy anything I want. love those kinds of perks. I have the same thing with Star Trek too. get 500 Zen a month got a ton of Zen built up to.

I'm not sure how this games in game free to play model is going to work, but I have a bad feeling its a cash grab game now.

500 Zen a month when ships cost 1000's of Zen is not a good thing.

Not when you take a 6 to 8 month break and come with several thousands Zen built up and they have Ship sales and pick up anything you want. I would call that a win.

Yeah by selling them the servers. That's called profiteering, not helping Carly...although I guess your average patriot might not know the difference.

Dude, do not ever trust anyone who is trying to get elected for their word. she is just wanting to get more votes. screw that lying bitch.

Do you really think the Govt cant get servers from Dell or HP if they really needed too? Come on!!

Val Kilmer actually looks pretty slim at the moment. He seems to have throat cancer and according to some sources refused to get treatment because of his religion.
Also, when he was called "Fatman" he basically admitted it was because of an unhealthy diet because when he lost a ton of weight for his Mark Twain role he did so by switching to a healthy diet and resuming sports.
There are also ongoing rumors about alcoholism which might explain why he became as fat as he did and it could also be a cause of the throat cancer (drinking + smoking being the no. 1 factors in this type of cancer).

Yea, most likely its the cancer eating away at him that's causing the weight loss. first sure sign your body is giving out on you.

Hard to believe the difference between him and Cruise and they are only 3 years apart in age. This is what happens when you don't take care of your body. In the end it wont take care of you. that's a fact.

Great movie, Hard to believe Val Kilmer let himself go out of shape so badly. Was hoping to see him in the new Top Gun as the Iceman again. but more then likely he will be renamed Call sign the Fat-man.

Some medications cause the bloatedness I've seen him with. Might be a medical issue.

Thats to bad if that's true.

And the Black Hole keeps getting larger and large.

No hope for this game, none at all. Once a rumor starts it all people can talk about. Chris is running around trying to put his fingers in the leaky dam, and he just doesn't have enough of them to plug all of the holes.

Well if you do then make sure you grab all of the Texture Packs for this. You defiantly don't want to play it without those.

Scroll down the page on this one to and hover your mouse over the screenshots to see the visual difference.

http://www.saleck.net/creations/gamefixguides/systemshock2mods.php

There are links on this page to go and grab the new textures.

This game was doomed on its inception. Deep Silver screwed the pooch with Dead Island franchise.

Not just that, the whole concept of this game was bad to begin with. They way they went about each mission and how Coop worked just sucked.

I gave up on this game a long time ago after trying to play it with a few friends. We just could get into it. left us feeling Meh!

The game is actually quiet good. I've been enjoying it a lot.

Have none of you guys ever played the Original Act of War? if so, very much like that. and Yes, this is a very similar game to Generals. in fact they made these games to be very similar to the old Generals.

And yes, the AI on the harder setting can be a very tricky bitch. he will attack you on one front and if he cant get in that way, he will find another way around your front to attack you. very good AI.

I've changed my mind on this game after completing the into and the first mission.

I absolutely f'ing hate the inability to map my keys as I see fit.

I have a Naga and a Nostromo, and I cannot bind the common keys I want to the buttons how I like them. I am not doing anything out of the ordinary either, this is awful.
Also- in the menu, it's built 100% for a gamepad, there is ZERO mouse support in the menu.. none, zip.. it doesnt work.. you have to use your arrow keys like a peasant.

the FoV hasn't bothered me yet, and the locked frame rate is fine for me at a solid 60fps.. the game looks great.

I just wish I could remap the keys how I want them.. why is this even a problem???

Go download AutoHot Key. you can then remap your keys by a script that you run for the game. best thing ever!!

More stupid decisions on EA's part. Six months from now, they will relent and fix this. But the damage is done. Personally I have no interest in PVP, so they lost my money anyway.

Also, not sure that we've had that much of a dry spell. Grey Goo was a pretty classic RTS that came out just a few months ago.

Grey goo is a POS compared to this. Trust me no comparison at all.

In the end: Damn, I want that game and my new graphics card is DirectX (insert number her) compatible, so I'll upgrade.

I call it the Windows upgrade drama, because with each new Windows version, the drama repeats itself and the drama queens are almost always the same.

Thats where you are wrong and for assuming. I'm on Win 7 and very happy to stay there. I refused to move over to Win 8 and 8.1 and will be refusing to move over to that shit spy infested Win 10.
