This indoctrinated buffoon just gave a whole new meaning to 'CEO'.
I'm not buying anything from Take-Two Interactive after the diversity and inclusion crap they pulled at this year's E3. Moreover, the key guys who made previous GTA's great have left Rockstar Games, so you can guess what kind of trash GTA VI will be.
Yet another pussy-whipped company. In fact, nowadays, it's like that for almost the entire gaming industry.

Mojang should instead have their full focus right now on developing Minecraft HD with a vastly more advanced voxel engine. The cubic-meter-blocks look is seriously dated, especially now that there are engines in the works that enable many times more detailed voxel worlds, and with physics to boot. Teardown is one example, although it looks too blocky to be taken into consideration, but the physics are good. To my knowledge, the ones that are truly pushing the envelope are John "Lin" and Atomontage.
After that bit on the website about the sound being the bees knees, I laughed out loud when I heard it. Typical sample-strecthing stuff. Nice effects, though.

This looks like a really interesting game. I loved Populous, back in the day.
I'm really glad that this kind of game is being made today. Definitely does not have that cold and soulless "must maximize profits" feeling that almost all modern games are plagued with these days.

Did Gothic 3 ever get patched into some semblance of a good game?I liked it before the community patches and now, after v1.72, love it. Had no technical problems during the 5 weeks I spent playing it. Total playtime was around 150 hours, or more.
The cut scene is very nice but after that it's the same old very dull ADHD gameplay ala CoD. I have never understood the popularity of the Call of Duty series.
This is HUGE HUGE news for me.

Gothic 3, on the other hand, is another matter entirely.You should try it with the 1.72 Community Patch. It is awesome and works like a charm. Recently I spent 5 weeks playing the game daily for hours at a time. Gothic 3 v1.72 is one hell of a great game.

I can't even run this maxed out on my quad core/8800GTX. I barely get above 15fps.
Is there something wrong with your PC, perhaps?
I have 8800 GTX, Core 2 Duo E6600, 4GB, Windows 7 RC 64-bit and the game runs super smooth on Very High at 1600x1200 resolution.
Love this demo, by the way. Really nice.

When you buy Crysis Warhead you get two DVDs in the box. One has Crysis Warhead (single-player) and the other Crysis Wars (multi-player). Warhead was developed by Crytek Budapest and Wars by Crytek Frankfurt. They are different games independent from each other and are also patched independently.

This 1.4 patch is for Wars, not Warhead. Please fix the headline and the story. Thanks.
This patch and the 64-bit DirectX 10 mode work like a charm. I didn't have any problems prior to patching Warhead but I installed this one regardless.
The Crysis games are hands and pants down the most FPS fun I've had in years.
