Actually, I'm pretty sure that's The Blob since he's in the movie and it looks like him.

Totally agree. This could been the new BF2, but they managed to make something much more buggier.

UT 99 and 2004 were the peaks of this franchise I'm afraid. Still, I grabbed the CE of this for $12 a week ago, and I say the game is worth it if you can get it cheap (which you can now). Nice to see they're still supporting it.

SoF2 had fantastic MP, but doesn't anyone seem to remember the completely retarded A.I. that was the hallmark of the series? And how is it that a SoF game that was never officially announced going to be released in November? We need more details on this.

"properly and smoothly on the consoles".

Well, when you set the bar that low...

And I wouldn't call DW:IW on the Xbox "smooth". The framerate was anything but. And this was with rooms and hallways the sizes of broom closets.

The debate over save points: good or bad - is besides the point. Crytek has been promising save anywhere in a patch since the game was released.

I thought this patch was supposed to have save anywhere? Stop working on your damn console port and fix your game, Crytek.

There's a $20 rebate from EBGames. Another $10 rebate from Epic for owning UT2003. Trade in 2003 and another random pc game and it ends up being FREE.

Onslaught alone is worth full price, IMO.

The fact that this game is practically free is a tremendous deal. I think Epic is trying to give back to the fans that were disappointed by UT2003.
